Victoria's Secret Show Will Go On

COLUMBUS (AP) -- Victoria's Secret says skin is back in. The company's fashion show is slated to return to the air after executives canceled it last year in the wake of Janet Jackson's breast-baring Super Bowl performance.

CBS says it will air the hour-long lingerie show from the brand owned by Columbus-based Limited Brands. An executive with the lingerie brand says the show will be taped November 9th, and will air around Christmas.

The executive says the program will be just as sexy and fun as it has been in the past.

Executives with the company say they pulled last year's show to reevaluate their promotion of the brand. But they say the Federal Communications Commission's crackdown on networks following the Jackson incident was a factor in the show's cancelation.

Talk about a Merry Christmas.

It's at times like these that I'm proud to work under the Viacom umbrella

but you know, is it just me? or am i noticing that a lot of old v.s. models (heidi, tyra, etc) are fading away and new, boring models are in the catalogs?

i got a new victoria's secret catalog a while ago and was VERY sad to find look-a-like, waif, boring models, and only 3 ADRIANA PICTURES.

the new models are like the ones from those Prada and Luella runway shows..

PERSONALLY, i prefer more glamorous, womanly, unique, exotic, (particulary BRAZILILAN) models with a bright personality...

i guess models aren't what they used to be...

It's not just you. I've noticed that in the new VS Ipex bra campaign. I was looking everywhere for Adriana, but maybe she's busy doing the TIM ads? I hope it's something like that and not VS changing the faces we know and love

The new Ipex commercial still featured amazingly hot glamazon women like Ale and Gisele. Just bc Adriana isn't in it doesn't mean that it wasn't great.
