i would say that is a boob job yes. even though it is "reducing" some can still reduce and make them more "frimer" i guess. for some it can be jsut too big.
i think any operation on your breasts is a boob job.
i want a reduction To, along with a lift, but since ive had a baby, they'd probably have to put some sort of implant in to make the breasts round and shaped right, best set is DITA VON TEESES, id take a pic :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

A lady at my work had it done. They found a way to "lift" them without putting anything in them. Maybe if they take some out in the right spots it willl make them perk up 
My problem is that after I had my daughter mine got larger and I was told that when I stopped breast feeding they were supposed to go back down. But they never did and now I'm having another one and they will probably grow even MORE! and losing weight never helps because, even though I'm thinking they should get smaller, they don't! Do they make a 34 E? :shock: I don't even want to think about it.....

I don't get why these women gets boob job to make them that big.... why would you want something inyour way all the time? 
Makes it harder to shop for clothes, find bras, lay on your stomach.... just awful!

ok???? not sure the reasoning there babe, its about boobs jobs, not if we want a penis or not, not saying guys dont have issues, but try having to try every bloody thing on because you have curves, its nerve wracking, something is to big or to small, guys usually have the wasit size & length, we have to take into consideration, ass hips thighs calves waist, not to mention torso, arms boobs shoulders, and back, sighssssssjsut saying that you two are talking about the drawbacks of having boobs in general (well, big ones) so just syaing it is not all roses on this side as well. lol
got plenty of times when that unsightly bulge can be embarrassing, especially if the crotch area is a bit snug for the pants one is wearing.
