At the moment, I'm very comfortable with my size. I'm a perky 34B which is the right size for my weight and height. However, someday down the road, maybe after I'm married and with a kid or two, I might decide to go ahead and get one depending on how my body changes. Of course even then I'd only go for a C cup at the most. I'd want an "enhanced natural look," not Pamela Anderson sized one or that beer can crushing lady.

I've got a nice perky pair of 36C's which is a damn good size people pay for. I'm sticking with them. The only procedure (breast wise) I'd ever get is a breast lift if they start loosing their....perkiness after I have kids and what-not.

I'm a C34... it's good enough as it is. I'm not going to lie .. when i take off my bra I wish they were bigger, just as I wish my ass was bigger and in the same way I wish my waist was smaller. Unless technology significantly improves implants to make them look and feel more realistic... I wouldn't dare get them done.
