Would you ever get a boob job?

Fake boobs are gross. Unless it's reconstructed ones for medical reasons. Big or small, you will always find someone who love them. Sorry to judge but those will get boobs jobs either have low self-esteem or just super vain. And both of these qualities are repelling.

I would love to but I'm scared of surgery.

If only there were no risks involved in surgery, I totally would. However surgery is never without risk, in addition it's expensive therefore I probably would never have one
