Or did you mean the Turkish meal? That's chickpeas soup with beef, chicken with zucchini and some other stuff and eggplant salad with yogurt. It wasn't that great tbh

Ace of Spades - a jalapeno sausage link with grilled brisket, a fried egg, green chile queso, cilantro, cotija cheese, sour cream, mixed cheese, and diablo hot sauce. served on a flour tortilla
I could only finish the first taco and ate this one later.
Tender coconut-battered shrimp, bacon, green chiles, shredded cheese & pickled onions, topped with homemade Peach Habanero Jam & cilantro. Served on a flour tortilla.
Lunch - I had to counter balance my breakfast. Please excuse the plating because I got no plating game.

Don't have my own pictures because I dug in way too quickly, but my mom visited and made tom yum talay and pad si ew. I have leftovers for days. She made enough for an army.
My home made apple pie. It looks like chaos but it was goooood!

The pad siew is a noodle dish with egg and soy sauce and is kind of sweet/savoury, and the tom yum is a spicy lemongrass broth with tomatoes, and ginger, and a bunch of seafood.
