Yeah! I don't know how you could call it in English, but it's a chicken soup made with rice flour noodles that cook in the broth and thicken it, and then it's garnished with onions, cilantro, fried garlic, chili oil and fried "Chinese" doughnuts.
The ribs definitely look amazing
And that soup sounds delicious too!
