Our time difference is 7 hours. It's 1:30 pm here.
Last evening I felt very tired 11pm-12am. Usually I am not tired so early.
Sleep more, drink water and eat food with proteine (meat, fish,...) and anything
which keeps your blood sugar high for a long time. Avoid carbs (especially potatos).

Lack of iron maybe? .....No you shouldn't avoid any food group! carbs are needed for a healthy body ie. brown rice, vegetables and yams and avoid caffeine and sugary snacks.
Don't take an advice from a guy who can't spell PROTEIN!
eat plenty of fruits and veg..( peaches give energy) Increase Vitamin B intake by eating more bean and alfalfa sprouts, whole grains, oats, parsley and seaweed. sunflower seeds. hehe I couldn't help myself
