the question wasnt actually addressed. this goes beyond the pirelli calendar thread and is more of a general thing that Qball and I would like clarified by the admins. thank you

well that rule was put in place when we used imageshack and you could actually link a nudity picture....but because of the attachment feature you really cant link a nudity picture.....and the fact that one of our admins i wont mention names but he knows who he is still warns people when posting nudity....and yes we do have members younger than the age of 18 on the forum, hell one is an admin actually 2 are admins and they shouldnt be looking at stuff like that.

just make sure there is a warning about nudity in posts....my personal preference would be a link and text if any nudity is involved

the only thing i never understood about the textlink and the warning is...couldnt kids under 18 just um...click it anyway?

When you post a picture from a site, you're automatically showing it, so it's a bandwidth theft, basically. When you have a text-link, however, you don't show the picture and only people who click the link will see it.

That's how I see the whole thing, I don't know if I'm right... or left...

Anyway, it's too late for further changes, because I've already removed the text-links

Are you low on sleep?

a link, text, points you to a site...click it and the browser takes you there to the actual site.

a thumbnail or image that is hotlinked takes the image from one server and uses it on another site that's not on that server, thus using bandwidth from the first server without the first server benefiting from an actual visitor to the site or whatnot.

It's all about the pulling of the image. A text link doesnt pull an image, it sends you to a site. Whereas a thumbnail pulls an image from another server.

and i have a little problem with lullaby

i have been blamed for posting picture that have not been scaned by me i have never sad that i have posted pictures scaned by me , i alway say that i have teken them from the internet and i could know where i took most of the pics from

in a curen situation i took them from www.theplace.ru and pics of gisele bunchen dos not contain a tag of lullaby

and also have been sad that i have done this many times before

but i have never tracked lullabys posts so

i have no idia what have been posted by lullaby.

i really whant to get to the bottom of this

i dont enjoy being blamed for saomething that i havent done

so hopefully this problem is going to be solved very soon

I'm kind of confused as to what went on after those untagged pictures were removed.

I know she put the images that were removed back into her post. Ashley went and took them down again a bit ago, pointing out that the images she was posting were two posts above hers anyway.

sounds to me that she thinks ashley is accusing her of removing the tag herself which from what i can tell, ashley did no such thing. but i can see how ashley's warning, to someone whose english isnt so great, might have gotten misunderstood as an accusation

I can't send you the PM I sent her because I already deleted it but I asked her if she would please stop posting my scans without the tags (I was NOT rude at all). We even cleared it up, I said thank you for telling me where she got them from in the first place and that was it. I did not accuse her, I just asked her not to post them. And if she can't track a post that's like two above her she's.. sgsdfgd.

Ok, so I assume that she must have written this before you cleared it up with her why they were removed and why you would prefer she not post your untagged verions. No worries, just trying to figure, just means that I don't need to respond to her email.

I deleted a thread for Patricia Ford today.

Reasons being:

1. Huge ass image way over six hundred pixels

2. "Collage" of half naked images without a warning

3. Rar files but no images or bio

4. She's a Playboy Playmate and that's her only aspiration to modeling, so I didn't see how she fit into anything.

I didn't warn the member, but I can. That thread was their first one. If you guys think it should be put back, let me know and I can, but I really don't see a reason for it.

Just to be accurate, she has never been an actual Playboy Playmate. Although, the majority of her "modeling" does get classified as "adult" and much of it for various Playboy related ventures. I see no reason we should have a thread for her...imo.
