I'm really tempted to post to this and say that it's a sport, and that people either discuss said sport, or leave. And clean out the posts. I wanted to see what everyone else thought.
I feel like we're picking favorites. Person A and Person B are allowed to be dicks, but person C and D aren't and get warned every five minutes. I won't do anything if everyone thinks I'm over-reacting. I just wanted thoughts.

well i dont think they broke any rules either and i'm not sure she was planning on warning anyone so i dont think that part matters. but it does seem like the thread is horribly offtopic and should be corrected at least in that respect.
What I'm thinking actually is I'll reply, close it and PM Nomi about starting a thread about skateboarding and then he can mention the guy within said thread. What he did would probably be more fitting to Athletes.

that or maybe change the thread title to skateboarding and let Nomi know why you did it and then um, clean the bad parts out?

i think barry's problem is not the thread but the fact that skateboarding is coming under sports

It's like what I'm going to comment with. Skateboarding to him is like curling to most americans. We have no idea what the hell it is, or what it's purpose is, and probably don't care. I think he just follows Nomi around lately to be annoying. Anyway, off to clean.
