Well it's interesting he chose that post b/c I can't actually tell if those particular codes were stolen. There are a bunch above that post though that are definitely ripped from Celeb City. Even though in a way, I don't think this is really our problem (if Celeb City catches her, she's banned from there. End of story), like I mentioned, I think the polite thing for sanja to do would be to re-upload them since the rule is clearly stated on celebcity and other sites like it.

Now re: why do they care if shareavenue has unlimited bandwidth - well there's just a blanket rule in place, regardless of the specific image host site since not all have unlimited bandwidth I guess?

I dont think we should get involved really, i mean we can say the rules state that you should not rip the code if requested by other sites but we cant seriously be expected to check every single link... i mean how are we even suppose to know where the pics came from. Just impossible (and a waste of time) to enforce imo.

well I do agree that that we shouldn't be expected to check every single link. It would be way to difficult anyway. Like I can tell easily that some of the links are from Celeb City but I certainly can't tell all just by looking at them. Like I said before (twice now? lol), it's more of a courtesy thing. That's why I do think it's a better idea for Pink to just PM sanja and I'm not forcing anyone to pull down the images.

Actually not that I really want to get sanja in "trouble" but the guy who reported the post should be told that he should be reporting sanja's behavior to the site(s) she stole the codes from NOT us.

A part of me wants to tell him that it's not our friggen problem, and a part of me really doesn't want to hear the dumbass response that I'm sure is going to follow. I'll probably PM him tomorrow...when I'm in a less pissy mood

Checking every single code/link would just be crazy I think if someone reports such an incident we should just check out the situation. If we conclude it is "stolen," we edit the post and PM the offender telling him/her to re-upload the images or whatever.

I agree. And just so we're clear, we're not doing that...ever A case by case (reported) basis seems like a reasonable approach/compromise.

Guys, i would REALLY like to leave the staff. I feel that Bellazon it's not the same I have no time and i think you guys should add 2 new mods, after all, Sanja is .. gone. I'll miss you guys.

No you don't need to report every single task. Just the "major" ones

I usually go into the person's profile to edit their signature. If there is a better way, please share!!!

^ Yep, like when you adjust someone's warn level you should report it to us. Also ummm...hmmm oh yes! If you see a thread that needs a bio, you should of course PM the person and also mention that you did so in the Topics Needing Bios thread, just so more than one person isn't PMing the poor schmuck about the thread.

Well ImageVenue has porn links (though no images) and no one's ever said anything...that host has been used for years...

sooooooo *shrugs*

umm i thought we posted something about this....somethin like no hosting at "porn" uploads such as hidebehind and that other one that i cant think of right now
