Which isn't impossible. 50 years of sexual activity=> 200 women a year =>a little under 4 women a week on average.
when Wilt announced his "conservative estimate" of 20K, people started doing math on it, and it was pretty funny. like that with his hoops lifestyle taking up a large chunk of his day, he'd have to basically be handed women (i.e. he didn't have time to go meet them), and he'd have to spend about 15 min. with them, and have 5 min. until the next one.
I'll allow myself one serious second and say that I have no interest at all in hitting 4 digits, I think that's pathological in many ways. I doubt I'd ever approach it in one lifetime
Oh, I agree. Sleeping with 1000 different women in one lifetime is almost impossible.
The reason why the Simenon claim is even slightly believable is that most of those women would have been prostitutes. It's not a secret that later in life he kept half a dozen or so young women at his estate at all times to "entertain" him.
And about numbers: I'm not even into double digits.
oh, I am not saying it's impossible in the least. starting at 18 and going to 48, would be one every 10 days or so. there are people that do that. I know a couple. no idea what their numbers are and don't want to know, but these guys go looking for a new girl just about every day. their lives are about conquest and getting laid. very glad I'm not them.
