i banned his IP

Wow, if I had the patience to read all that drama, i might be well informed (or not).
Domain Name: If it's true that others (including you solo) had ownership of the domain name at one time, it's sad that you let it go. Ownership is in James' name and unless he just gives it up or you sue him, it's going to stay that way. Actually, you would have to create a legal partnership or something since ownership is had by one entity.
As for the rest of the crap...ugh, my head hurts. You guys figure it out and get back to me...lol

Raised AlbaForEver's warning level for violating the signature rule. I also disabled her posting ability for 2 days because this is not her first warning for breaking the signature rule.
Raised FRANCE ITALY's level for posting nudity without textlinking and warning.
ღ Prettyphile ღ & phenobarbie are the same person. I think she should be banned b/c she is well-aware of the no multiple account policy---I mean she has been a forum whore since the ChilaX days. Also, her "Dirty Little Secret" thread is full of videos containing nudity. Again, she is well-aware of the rules here, so I think that is another reason she should be banned. She is the type of person who likes mock authority. BTW, she is banned from WFT too.

hehe I was a bit taken back as well when I saw it. It was borderline but i wasnt sure what we should do

Umm.. sorry to bother you but why exactly were Pretty and I banned. All I'd like is a reason and I'll refrain from coming back to the forums. But when it's done out of the blue with no apparent reason its a bit frustrating and extremely confusing. Again sorry for the bother but if you could get back to me.. either on this or at the email pinkbareback@hotmail.com that would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, it's Pheno, I spoke to Maddog and we are in the process of trying to get everything sorted out with the ban. Pretty wanted me to let you know who she was. You two have spoken on the phone several times and used to be friends a long time ago. She was also friends with Neo.. Do you remember Yvette? She went by the name Blonde Ambition, Ale Fan/AleLuv years ago. Anyways, we are not the same person.. Pretty is Yvette and I'm Whitney.Check our IP's.. she's in Sacramento, and I'm in Canada. She logs onto my account because I'm either to lazy, or at work, or just can't be bothered to come onto the forum. Or to help me with coding for Dirty Little Secrets. As for the no nudity issue. I belive I've posted one picture with nudity.. gave a warning for it. And the videos put up also were given a HUGE warning/lable above or below each the video as well as a warning in the topic of the thread. Plus by your rules, I'm supposed to be given a warning. I never recieved one. So I'm penalized because the admins/mods couldn't be bothered to come on enough and actually look at what was going on on the forums enough to give me a warning about the nudity?

I highly doubt they are 2 different members b/c if you look at the way they phrase things and type, it is similar (if not the same.) Also, Tippy (Yvette) has in the past lied. She has lied to protect Chloee, but later on admitted she knew Chloee was a troll b/c Cholee herself admitted to it. Not only that, but base on Tippy's personality I don't believe her.

Until you learn to respect BZ's rules and its members, your posts will continued to be monitored by the staff.
You are not banned b/c each members gets three warnings. You have 2 so far, therefore you have one more chance until banishment.
Could someone please delete member, 3Aboveaveragejoe3 ? This was Joe > Average's original account. He started his current account b/c he couldn't remember the password to his previous account. He said one of the admins deleted his first account before the crash, but since not all the info was recovered his old account reverted back to existence
