Ok, so I did a IP run and I also went through her posts. It is VERY likely she is indeed blessthefall...

1. Although she does not share an IP address with blessthefall BUT one of her IP addresses is the same as mikey. As JA already mentioned, BTF kept on creating accounts after we banned him. Two of the accounts were mikey mike and mikey mike mike

2. Like BTF, both christine & mikey like spamming with short sentences and both like to bait & flame

3. BTF likes creating accounts with the numbers 5,3,2 and 1. mikey's email address is mikesn3211@aol.com and christine's email address is korn4521@aol.com

4, Both christine & mikey like Allison from last season's AI. They are the ones who post in that thread.

Although I am almost 100% sure they are all the same person I feel we need more solid proof. But I guess the point that both christine & mikey have the same IP address is already a violation. I think we should wait a little longer until we ban them. I want to gather more info on them so when we do ban them, there is less of a chance they are able to register again

With something like that, it is obvious they are spamming. So what you do is...

1. Disable the member's posting ability: on the warn bar click on the little "red" square---> Disable this members posting ability tick on "Disable indefinitely"---> Reason for this warn adjustment type in the the reason: Spamming---> You can PM the member explaining the warning, but in cases like these where it is obvious they are spamming you don't have to. Use your judgement---> click on Alter Warn Level

2. Delete the thread/post

3. Come back to to this thread and tell everyone who was warned, why, and does this member need to be banned

So i got a report about a spammer in a thread. mrcuir

His ava looked a lot like usual sex spammers I've seen here. He's been here for a while, but i see that he has a bunch of links that are attached downloads. IDK what they are ... since "teenfuck" is in them I'm guessing not good. I'm gonna warn him. and delete the reported post as well as a few others .HOWEVER ... looks like he has a bunch of them. Over 100.

Whats best idea?

I warned him and suspended postig for 1 day so that we don't get anymore flood than we already have from him.

If its the same guy I think it is, he had a simular avatar to the spammers like you said (and also simular age...). I originally disabled his posting and was going to ask that he be banned, but I realized I didn't actually look at the attachments. I looked at about ten or so and though they had gross names, all the ones I saw were actually on topic pics . So I had to take back my warning. I guess we could just ask him to stop titling them as weird names or stop posting attachment dowloads in general .

wait ... so they are on topic????? I deleted 3 more of his posts though. I didn't screw up right. They all have the same name basically though. The names were just asking for trouble. And i noticed these spammers have wierd out of focus, paint like avatars of people.

No, you definitely didn't screw anything up . Its his fault for having "teenf***" as the title and yeah, I know what you mean about those avatars . But the Natasha Poly post for example said "teenf***" but the actual pic was just Natasha Poly walking down the street :| . I sent him a PM, maybe he can be worked with...

Hello, the staff originally thought you were another porn spammer because your downloads are entitled "teenf***", but when I clicked on them they were all on -topic pics. Could you either stop entitling them as obscene things, use our attachments or upload from an imagehost site such as imageshack.us, imagevenue.com ect. ?

I responded the same as you Joe and said that sometimes the attachemtns have contained viruses in the past. I also asked he just give his attachemtns a better name.

The "criticizing all the time" was one thing (since I just met the guy) but really the last part is curious. As you said Joe, we'll wait and see

If memory serves me right, I believe you were or still are a moderator at Bellazon (sincerely hoping you still are).

Basically we had a problematic member named Samira, who used to go by fashiongirl28 and recently youarebeautiful. She's had a sick fascination/obsession with me and has gone so far as to create a fake account at Bellazon under my username here. Is there any way you can force her to change her user name over there.

This person is not me and is praying upon my likeness (internet or otherwise). Normally, I wouldn't worry much about this, but as a lot of people I work with in the fashion industry know my screen name, I don't want her having a negative effect on my professional relationships based on what she's saying over there.

So basically he is saying youarearockstar (the member here) is troll, and he wants her to change her display name.

I am not sure how I should go about in handling this situation, so I am asking everyone for their input

Hmmm very interesting. I guess you can contact her and ask her what is up. Maybe get her side of the story. See what she says. How is this girl in terms of posting. Is she rude, does she spam etc. Cause if she has done nothing wrong you cant really warn her or ban her. So i would say PM her. Not really sure what to do lol...

She used to, and sometimes still does, hotlink images. I remember her and Ariesdior had a few scuffles about reposts. Other than that she seems alright.
