I don't have the time to mod anymore with another semester starting and my life becoming busier.. (it's not like I did much.. when I logged in everything was done).

My first thought is "why?" This area is for discussion of active Bellazon issues. There is no reason for anyone not involved in the decision making process to have access to this area. Not only is it unecessary, it's an unecessary risk. Now I'm not saying anything about Gocho at all, I'm saying this in general. Area 51 should be gaurded so that all mods and admin can speak freely. An active account with access that is unused or rarely used does not sound like a good idea.
Just for sentimental reasons? That's bunk. Now if we set a special place for "retired mods and admin" that's a different story, but that's not what this place is. FYI, I wouldn't expect to have access here if I were to step down.

Ok, so its a new year and it has been a while that BZ has been running and not once have I or my associates requested any money, even though the internet connection that BZ runs off of cost me 2,300/yr. It is a given that BZ is not the only site that is running on it but is one of the bigger sites (actualy 180,000 most trafficed site in the whole internet).Anyways I would like to proved some stats.
BZ moves ~9 GBs a day.
Over the last year BZ has done almost 3TB (3,000 GBs for you non-computer people)
Over 159 million hits
Over 17 million pages
You can see all the stats in the pic below, remember this is only from apr->dec. We unfortunatly did not have all this info logged before that time.
Anyways your probabaly asking yourselfs, why are you telling us all this. I want your input as to how we should request to the general public donations. I was thinking there is 2 options.
a) simply do an annoncment requesting but that never gets many views.
b) make a simple graphic and put it between the angelina tiiu banners. I dont like banners in the first place but this would only be for a short time (I have to pay server bills again in march).

so why not a pay pal account because u remember that paypal someone started and people actually did end up donating quite a bit i mean i'm gonna sound like a big hypocrite because i cant afford anything as a highschool kid but its the easiest way and tons of people love bellazon enough to donte some amount.
Right on, let's get a thin wide banner up right under the title. And we can make an announcement. Take one of the current announcements down since don't need 3 announcements running at the same time to dilute the importance of them.

announcements do get read i mean just look at the one with the rules its been read ALOT so umm yea definately but i guess maddog would have to set up the paypal himself and give us all the info
