Well she has been warned enough times, I see only one option.
Set her hair on fire, and spray lighter fluid on her to make sure it don't go out.

The warning is in the flame of the match as it's floating towards her lighter fluid soaked hair.
Well I don't know how many times she has been warned, but I know it's more than once. No reason that she shouldn't abide by the warning she got the first time, she should feel lucky that she got a second chance.
I say ban her. 
well i will warn her one more time....spark warned her once and said she can make a thread advertising the forum but no more pms....sohoxchic complained to me that she was still getting pms from her and didnt like it so i pm'd her once telling her to stop....i was checking the pm's now and i saw some more....so i will give her one last warning and if she doesnt stop then it is a definate ban

we ban people too easily..
