no, the limit was cancelled some time ago, I edited the rules. You can vote how much you want, just have to wait till someone else votes too (I mean you can´t vote again and again and only you, it must go like in celebrity elimination, so to avoid instant voting of the same member).

This thread confuses me... are we trying to hit a target?Not really. Just giving points to the celeb we love the most. I make a list from time to time, something like a top 20. I was thinking about some target, but still did not make it out... maybe after 50 pages or so (maybe more, maybe less) I could erase those with the least voices. Or maybe we could just pick top 10 of girls who could go further and erase others, but still thinking about it. Would they carry on with the amount of their votes, or start again from zero?
+ adding new girls, of course, to see who can make it further. But... dunno.

When new people are added to the list, it makes it harder for them to catch up when the other models already have lots of points.
Also, what if for each post you have to vote for 3 models (eg. 3 points for one, 2 points for another, 1 point for another)?
That does not sound bad, if people could follow it without getting confused (sometimes they even confuse the only point they have to give).
Or maybe everyone could have 5 points to distribute, no matter how much and to how many models/celebs?
I´m also thinking about this one - when some celeb/model reaches 100 points (the first one to reach) she could go to some "hall of fame" I would make on the first page, and then we could start again from zero.

And honestly I like the 1 point system simply because it doesn't let it move 'to' quickly.
me too... 1 point keeps it in the normal balance. But UK is right that it makes it harder for newly added people to catch up. BUT as this competition isn´t really bounded or limited... in the long run, it´s not impossible for every newbie to get many points.
We could also limit the whole list to 100 spots. Then adding will be stopped and we will continue giving points... until one celeb/model reaches 100, I make a top 10 and the first one goes to the hall of fame. Then we can start anew.
I guess this can go. Will think about it for some time.
