Did you try to manually "insert" each picture one at a time or upload all and just hit "submit reply"? It works on the latter but not on the former in my experience. Once I edit and let the pics auto-insert into the body of the post, it works but is subject to the sequence of the upload.

I uploaded all - then i delete the insertion of the photos into the body of the post - and just click "send reply".

OK everyone, please try now. Hopefully it works both ways. Had to hack some JS but it appears to fix new and previously uploaded images.

I still see the small plus icon and the images are small in size.

Can you try a hard reload in your browser?

Normally its ctrl + shift + r

on mac its MacKey + Shift + r

I was doing some optimizations and I broke some stuff. server had super high load.
