^Yeah, I think somebody (might even have been you, maybe?) posted a few images and then the link back when 'The Odditorium' used to be popular (no, it was never "popular"! <_< ). I loved it then, and I'm loving it now again. Like the Friedlander picture - it's more fun not knowing what the hell is actually going on there!

^THIS

Where does one go about getting it? Saw the previews you posted in Jennka's thread and quickly became a fan of the artistic style of all the characters.

He has a store: http://www.jscottcampbell.com

I think the 2012 one is still for sale, as well as selected prints. You might have to try ebay if you want the older ones though. The 2013 one isn't there yet, but I'm checking back regularly

And yeah, the awesome releases just keep coming.. my backlog is mounting up too

Dishonoured is one of the recent ones that I loved to bits. Played through that twice actually. And just yesterday I finished the fifth and final episode of The Walking Dead, which was undeniably compelling - what it lacked in gameplay it more than made up for in its storytelling and characters. I'll be jumping into Assassin's Creed III soon, which is equally exciting and daunting

How about yourself?

It's been mostly ME2 for me as of late, but I discovered the 'Infamous' series recently as well, so I've been dipping into that on occasion too. It sure is hard work trying to catch up on all the great stuff I missed out on while in video game retirement. I've a list as long as my arm of games I'd eventually like to check out, 'Assassin's Creed' being pretty near the top.

Til next year? How is that possible??

^Same here. International release dates seem totally arbitrary. Sometimes I see things in Argentina and then 6 months later they come out in the UK? It doesn't seem to matter where the film comes from either, it can even be released in other countries before it has in it's own... I think the only rule is if a Hollywood film comes out at exactly the same time everywhere then it's shit and they don't want you to see all the expected negative press!

This is really weird because if WE here in the small no-one-knows-shit-about country like Slovakia have it, and countries like Australia or GB don´t... it´s really almost abstract!

4 month span of release dates is mental

Oh, cool.. Infamous is a great series. And not to add to your dilemma, but it's another one worth playing through twice - as good and evil

Have you played the Prototype series too? The first one came out around the same time as Infamous, and they drew a lot of comparisons to one another. Prototype was perhaps more fun in some ways, in the general mayhem of free roaming and going crazy with your powers, but Infamous was the all 'round better game. I didn't have a Playstation at the time, so I was really disappointed to not be able to play it. It was one of the first games I caught up on though, once I did

And oh my god, how much I want Bioshock Infinite right now

That is crazy!! WHY??? I think Baron was really right. If there´s some shitty film on, they will release it at the same time all over the world and when there is a quality one, it has time...time...time.

Those lunatics!

I only ever had Prototype on loan from a friend and so never made it all the way through to the end, but it was indeed good fun and certainly effective in allowing the player to cause all manner of chaos. I tend to agree that Infamous is probably the better overall game, though – at least from what I’ve seen so far. One thing I really like about it over Prototype (not that it really means much in the grand scheme of things) was the fact that you can either amaze or terrify people on the street with what you can do, with pedestrians running around, taking pictures on their phones, cheering you on and suchlike. In Prototype you could jump off the Empire State Building or flip a car over and nobody would bat an eyelid. Real attention to detail and little touches like that always strike me as being so impressive, like in Arkham City with the chat between the street-level thugs, I could have spent ages just lurking about and listening in.

For Bioshock, I'm counting down the days too. Arkham, GTA and Uncharted aside, I’m not usually in the habit of paying the full whack for games or for aggressively seeking them out on the day of release, but I think I’ll be making an exception for this one.
