Donnie who is the girl in your new set?

Sandy Leddin. Gorgeous body, great face, if only she worked more. She is insanely hot!

Doh, I only just noticed her name is actually in the signature...

Getting old sucks...

I like the concept of a good paint on a beautiful naked woman. Just SI always seems to get these things somehow... wrong. Donny, do you have any of those Marisa pics? I´d love to see them again... she was so astonishing.

She killed it every year.. firmly entrenched in the SI Hall of Fame

This is probably my favourite bodypaint shot, and indeed one of my favourite SI shots overall

Wow, I'm surprised. ...Given how high profile these games are. I played the first one in the late 1990s.

I was too lazy to play competitively online although my best friend was a fan of it at the time.

It's very well designed game, and rather tactically inclined with endless permutations. I never got the hang of the Zerg (also don't like to play as the bugs) but could handle the human (terran) and the protoss. The second game came out recently and they revamped the whole system while maintaining the same finely tuned balance. I didn't get to play it, but I watched the story on youtube. Tis good'. They take all the most interesting sci-fi concepts from classic films and blend it all together.

No, I suck at RTS games

They know how to make an impressive cinematic trailer though

Have you played it? I think that there are books based on this. They were most successful in 'crafting' an enjoyable world and various personalities (although I liked the first story better) than producing a good story (but no video game, to my knowledge, has a good one anyway). The sci-fi concepts that the three races are based on are sound and there's a lot of nostalgia value. Out of the sources I listed, I think Heinlein's 'Starship Troopers' most strongly influences starcraft. I personally think that a 'star wars' type series of films could be designed around the wars between the three races.

I like the protoss (probably my favorite sci-fi alien (like it better than the Xenomorph from Aliens or the aliens from starship troopers), although I don't know of much from this genre), and the original game had good(and almost eerie) voice acting for the units.:

They are very fanatical and have a 'philosophical' edge...like Crusaders from the middle ages or Islamic warriors.

No doubt. It's got a rather large e-sport following behind it too.

Funny you say that about the story.. I didn't even realise it had much of one at all, let alone a good one. It's not really the sort of game you associate with story so much.

These are all the cutscenes for SC II. Some of them are well done, such as the first one:

^No I haven't played it. Like I said, I don't really like RTS games.. there's something arduous about them, in learning them and especially in getting good at them.

I don't think anything will top the Alien xenomorphs for me, but in a video game sense I like the Reapers from Mass Effect. Harbingers of doom

Who's this girl? Her shots are gorgeous (if all 3 pics are the same girl)

It's the lovely Nicole Trunfio

^And the A Team too it seems o_O

That reaper speech reminds me of the 'architect' scene in The Matrix series.. arrogance included. ME3 had a pretty cool cinematic trailer too, incidentally

Donnie is your TR a big buggy too?

I started out fine but once I got to the shanty town the game kept on crashing for some reason.

It then got better once I moved on from the shanty town.

Being lazy and remiss here of late, characteristics I've picked up from most members, I don't know if this Marloes shot is new or not? So I thought I'd post it here because it's great, and if it is new then you can be placated that there are more of them on the recently updated Next(UK) site where this came from:
