Big problem yes. Either they put it when it's not snowing and not going to snow or they doing it after the snow fell and froze (oh so pointless!)

And u BETTER BE NOT A PEDESTRIAN where I live because the sidewalks are covered with snow & ice. They don't give a damn about people using their feet to go somewhere.

You know kiki, I always wanted to tell you something. *violins* What I like about you is that even though there's the greatest casm in communication or the most lost in translation between us than any other two members, we still get along. Yeah It's exactly the same here I live in the countryside and there seems to be a hell of a lot of roads that go unnoticed. I know priorties have to go to the major roads, but still <_< What part of France are you from if you don't mind me asking
