Scorsese movies are the bomb (at least to me they are ) Also all of them include either Leonardo DiCaprio or Robert Deniro, so thats a movie plus The Departed is my fav though....really  do check it out, it won best picture in 2007 (?) Either way the cast is stellar, it has classic scorsese music (which Ig uess if you don't watch Scorsese you don't know about...but uses classic rock songs and edits them into all these scenes so perfectly) everything about it is perfection

I loved it too....I mean really though, Gisele on that runway was just

I'll check for those movies. Remind me about it though, it's quite possible that I forget about it

The classic Rock thing sounds like a big plus!

If he uses classic Rock then it's possible that he indeed directed that George Harrison documentary.

I also like a lot how she looked in these: (2001 and 2002)

yes I know you like rock, you will freaking love scorsese movies I'll remind you again sometime, but keep it in mind, they are great movies And I haven't checked but Martin did made a documentary about the Rolling Stones, so its quite possible he did one about George Harrison! I would google but Im too lazy

ahh love those too! oddly the straight hair really worked....what we know and love as the Gisele waves, it is definetly different looking back at her with straight hair...but I like it

I also really loved this one...the costume is corney, but damn does it work

Hahaha I didn't noticed about the series type of movies, but it could be now that you say it. I also like Star Wars a lot, so it seems you're right

The Matrix movies are amazing! I specially liked the first one. I just them last year though

I'm not sure if I've seen anything by Scorsese, or The Shining. Well, as you can see, I'm not that much of a movies person

Ah yes! She looked amazing in 2007 too. I've got nothing against the hair there, but her natural color looks better anyway.

Which would be your favorite Gisele appearance?

Gaspery, nothing by Scorsese? I highly reccomend you go to your local video store and rent 3 movies: Goodfellas, Raging Bull, and The Departed.

And hmm fav Gi apperance...probably gonna have to be 2005 with the santa segment was simple, not tackey, flirty, fun, everything was just together so perfect

Lol Twillight do you really enjoyed them? You seem to be a fan of a typical teenage literature then. How about some young adult fantasy? That could be your thing too

Edit:

I checked your age. Damn katch, I so often forget how young you are. You really come off much more nature than your real age!

However the wall street book seems much different to both Hunger Games and Twillight, am I right?

As for me, I used to be totally crazy about fantasy (LOTR, HP, Terry Pratchett, Peter S. Beagle) - that was my mainline I have read many things, from The Famous Five from Enid Blyton to Stephen King (even two books from Danielle Steel - but once you read one, you´ve read them all). I´ve been reading since I was five, so everything that came to my hands was instantly "eaten"

Now I still have a soft spot for Terry and Peter, and I enjoy a lot Chris Moore´s books. But I mostly concentrate on science books (popular-science or not, doesn´t matter) and biographies, recently I´m reading Charles Darwin´s On the Origin of Species and also his biography - and to practice my Spanish and rest a little I read Harry Potter in Spanish I´m really a big fan of the whole HP series. Have read it in three languages and waiting to learn Russian enough to add another

I´ve fallen in love with books on science, trully - so much knowledge, so many fascinating things to learn.

btw katch, have you seen I, robot?

haha thanks I guess IDK I just don't fall into stupidity like some young peeps do...people have this notion that just because you are young that means you are nieve or unaware of what the hell is going on in the world

but yeah I've never been into reading much..its really got to have a strong hook to really get me in.The more suspencful/horror and love books are what gets me in I mostly see a movie that looks interesting and decide to read the book too But I did read this book recently, and it was amazing. "Before I Fall" was about a young girl who dies and comes back to relive the same day of her death over and over again to try to make things right with her life. It was pretty emotional. Also read a book by Ted Dekker (I like his books...their spookey and get me hooked ) called "House". It was was incredibly suspencful!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_(novel)

I Actually never read any of the HP books, but I loved the movies! I have tryed to read some Stephan King, because his movie adaptations are some of my fav movies. (Like "It" "1408" and "The Shining" some of my fav scary movies ever) Hes super descriptive though from what I've tryed to read, and it almost drags on some But still his writing is classic!

And I, Robot with Will Smith? Yes I have, its another fav movie of mine I remember being younger, telling everybody it was awesome and they were like "it looks stupid." I get them to watch it. Their minds=blown away

Not that simple there, but she looked amazing too!

^haha well then Though like I said I don't hate any of the angels, nor do I really find any of them mediocre. They're all incredibly beautiful in their own ways, but something about candices, karlies, lilys and erins really get me I really love doutzen too, but oddly enough I like her more outside of VS than VS.

Mine would probably have to be GI I love Heidi too though, but when I think my favs, it definetly is GI  I really liked when Marissa Miller did VS too!

I perceive young people as the ones more informed about the world around them, even with the notions to change things they don´t like. Generally speaking. On this forum, young people mostly come off as being over-excited and dumb, not able to communicate thoroughly and with very restricted vocabulary.

You are different. Thanks for that

The House looks interesting HP books are far greater than movies, trully (and I know that all the book lovers claim that books are better than movies ) - but when it goes to HP, it´s 100% true. There are 2 other story lines in the book aside from the one surrounding Harry and that´s what makes the whole saga trully worthy. It is impossible to capture them all in the movies. There is the mainline, of course, being Harry and his friends and his fight against Voldemort, but then there is also a line surrounding his parents and their times at school (my favourite) and also one dedicated to Dumbledore and his family.

Snape´s relationship to Harry is much more deeper in the book (comes off pretty shallow in the movies) and belongs to one of the masterpieces of the whole saga. And that is just one thing from like dozen.

I Robot is my fav movie too! I love it so much. If I remember it right, it´s based on Isaac Asimov´s work. There is nothing I love more than a good, inteligent and well made sci-fi movie, damn. I Robot was perfect!

yeah I'm not a huge fan of Marisa (not that I don't like her, just never followed alot of her work really in depth) but I really liked her for VS (and SI of course )

And me well its a toss up between anything and everything I'm definetly not restricted to one kind of sound....I like classic rock, alternative, pop, rap, pop, indie, you name it I guess what I like the least is country...but I still like a few Some of my favorite artists in general are like Lana Del Rey, Rihanna, Eminem, Drake, Bruno Mars. Also like 3 days grace, Imagine Dragons, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, IDK I like lots of people

Isaaz Asimov, is he an author? and agreed, I, Robot was just perfect Not cheesy, corney, too action packed. Great story line, great acting, more sci-fi movies need to be like!

Your parents did a great job

The read is indeed very simple -simple in the sense that you can´t really stop reading, words are greatly easy on the eyes and very well written, all of it creating a wonderful complex of great literary work. It´s extremely addictive, I warn you! I spent sleepless nights while reading HP books. It was impossible to stop it. I was in love with the characters, with their lives, passions, troubles, with the whole story behind.

Asimov is a legend for keen sci-fi readers. As far as I know, he invented the 3 laws in robotics (from the movie)

from wiki:

Isaac Asimov (/ˈzɨk ˈæzɨmɒv/ EYE-zək AZ-ə-mov;[2] born Isaak Yudovich Ozimov; c. January 2, 1920[1] – April 6, 1992) was an American author and professor of biochemistry at Boston University, best known for his works of science fiction and for his popular science books. Asimov was one of the most prolific writers of all time, having written or edited more than 500 books and an estimated 90,000 letters and postcards.[3] His books have been published in nine out of ten major categories of the Dewey Decimal Classification.[4]

Asimov is widely considered a master of hard science fiction and, along with Robert A. Heinlein and Arthur C. Clarke, he was considered one of the "Big Three" science fiction writers during his lifetime.[5] Asimov's most famous work is the Foundation Series;[6] his other major series are the Galactic Empire series and the Robot series. The Galactic Empire novels are explicitly set in earlier history of the same fictional universe as the Foundation Series. Later, beginning with Foundation's Edge, he linked this distant future to the Robot and Spacer stories, creating a unified "future history" for his stories much like those pioneered by Robert A. Heinlein and previously produced by Cordwainer Smith and Poul Anderson.[7] He wrote hundreds of short stories, including the social science fiction "Nightfall", which in 1964 was voted by the Science Fiction Writers of America the best short science fiction story of all time. Asimov wrote the Lucky Starr series of juvenile science-fiction novels using the pen name Paul French.[8]

I say, that ALL the sci-fi movies should be like I, robot! I immensely enjoy watching the movie every damn time I see it, and there are really few sci-fi movies that can compare to it. One that comes in my mind is The Moon (2009), but that´s much more depressing-kind of a movie that not all people can appreciate. There are more, of course. Which other sci-fi movies do you like, katch?
