Your welcome, but don't thank me, thank my parents for being so cool and not raising a bitchey crazy little teenager

and really? I always hear the books are better than the movies, and I find that to be true in most cases, so interesting its also true with HP. What I have seen of it, it looks like a simple read..I'll have to give it a go sometime

Isaaz Asimov, is he an author? and agreed, I, Robot was just perfect Not cheesy, corney, too action packed. Great story line, great acting, more sci-fi movies need to be like!

Your parents did a great job

The read is indeed very simple -simple in the sense that you can´t really stop reading, words are greatly easy on the eyes and very well written, all of it creating a wonderful complex of great literary work. It´s extremely addictive, I warn you! I spent sleepless nights while reading HP books. It was impossible to stop it. I was in love with the characters, with their lives, passions, troubles, with the whole story behind.

Asimov is a legend for keen sci-fi readers. As far as I know, he invented the 3 laws in robotics (from the movie)

from wiki:

Isaac Asimov (/ˈzɨk ˈæzɨmɒv/ EYE-zək AZ-ə-mov;[2] born Isaak Yudovich Ozimov; c. January 2, 1920[1] – April 6, 1992) was an American author and professor of biochemistry at Boston University, best known for his works of science fiction and for his popular science books. Asimov was one of the most prolific writers of all time, having written or edited more than 500 books and an estimated 90,000 letters and postcards.[3] His books have been published in nine out of ten major categories of the Dewey Decimal Classification.[4]

Asimov is widely considered a master of hard science fiction and, along with Robert A. Heinlein and Arthur C. Clarke, he was considered one of the "Big Three" science fiction writers during his lifetime.[5] Asimov's most famous work is the Foundation Series;[6] his other major series are the Galactic Empire series and the Robot series. The Galactic Empire novels are explicitly set in earlier history of the same fictional universe as the Foundation Series. Later, beginning with Foundation's Edge, he linked this distant future to the Robot and Spacer stories, creating a unified "future history" for his stories much like those pioneered by Robert A. Heinlein and previously produced by Cordwainer Smith and Poul Anderson.[7] He wrote hundreds of short stories, including the social science fiction "Nightfall", which in 1964 was voted by the Science Fiction Writers of America the best short science fiction story of all time. Asimov wrote the Lucky Starr series of juvenile science-fiction novels using the pen name Paul French.[8]

I say, that ALL the sci-fi movies should be like I, robot! I immensely enjoy watching the movie every damn time I see it, and there are really few sci-fi movies that can compare to it. One that comes in my mind is The Moon (2009), but that´s much more depressing-kind of a movie that not all people can appreciate. There are more, of course. Which other sci-fi movies do you like, katch?

hmm I'll definetly have to when I have time. when I get addicted to a book I HAVE to have time

and ohh really hes the guy who did the three laws? How interesting...and intriguing really. Its what made the movie, this concept because in reality, it sounds like it could be real someday

Are you talking about Moon with Sam Rockwell? If so I TOTALLLY agree with you...Moon is by far one of the best movies I've ever seen. So intricute and smart, not just mindless space drama...its just so trippy, and scary, with kevin spacey as the robot and just everything, was AWESOME, SO SMART! I remember when I first rented it, and was like "hmmm looks good, the trailer looks good, I'll check it" F'n in love I always forget to include it when I think of my fav movies, but its up there

16904234_2.jpg

and other sci-fi movies I like....Star Trek, Star Wars, anything Marvel or Batman or Superman, Avatar, IDK theres a ton U?

yeah I'm not a huge fan of Marisa (not that I don't like her, just never followed alot of her work really in depth) but I really liked her for VS (and SI of course )

And me well its a toss up between anything and everything I'm definetly not restricted to one kind of sound....I like classic rock, alternative, pop, rap, pop, indie, you name it I guess what I like the least is country...but I still like a few Some of my favorite artists in general are like Lana Del Rey, Rihanna, Eminem, Drake, Bruno Mars. Also like 3 days grace, Imagine Dragons, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, IDK I like lots of people

U? I think I already know you like classic rock

Ah yes, Marisa for SI was simply amazing!

I love Nirvana and Foo Fighters! Actually I'm going through a Foo Fighters phase lately. For some reason I never really payed them much attention until recently, though I always liked them, but only now I realized such a great band they are.

Yes, I love classic Rock  I love Rock music in general, from early '50s Rock n' Roll to brutal Death Metal  . But I think classic Rock and early Heavy Metal/Hard Rock is what I listen the most to. And Grunge too this last time. I also have a thing for Punk Rock. And my favorite band is, by far, The Beatles. Queen, Alice in Chains, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin are some other favorites of mine

I love Blues too! And I also enjoy Classical music a lot

ahhh she looks great there! I really hope she goes far in Hollywood, I have just fallen in love with the girl Shes just super beautiful, reminds me of Jaime Pressly!

But seriously though so excited to see her and leo in the wolf of wall street together...which they better release a second trailer soon...........................or else there will be hell to pay. Because Leonardo DiCaprio tossing a midget and carrying a monkey is what I really need in my life

and what do you mean in your last sentance? was this guy involved with miley and jean? I'm confused

^Sorry about that! I just meant that Liam Hemsworth got knifed in the heart in The Expendables 2 by Jean-Claude, and then Miley did it metaphorically...

Actually Leo 'tossing a midget and carrying a monkey' is something I could do with in my life too. I forgot to say I finally saw Django Unchained and The Great Gatsby, and he equipped himself admirably in both. The music in Gatsby annoyed the hell out of me though, I wanted it to revert to actual period music. I kept thinking "OK, that's clever but let's go back to how it was now" - only it never bloody did!

Foo Fighters are great, whats your fav songs? Mine are "My hero" "Everlong" and "Best of You". Dave Grohl is super talented

Me I've never been a fan of death metal...especailly the screamo stuff. never could get into it. Or the super emo-ish sounding stuff with the exception of Blink 182 But those rock bands I like..I remember being a kid and my parents playing all the Led Zeppelin, Judas Priest, etc.Theres actually a video of me as a baby and Motley Crew is playing on the stereo, and I'm dancing around in a circle

I liked Leo in Django a ton, I loved him as Gatsby too, but something about him playing such an evil guy, I mean he was straight up evil, and in that time! Also freaking cuts his hand open, blood spewing everywhere improves with the blood and rubs it all over Kerry Washingtons face

Gatsby I liked too, but I am a fan of Baz Lurhman. The songs are great outside of the movie (young and beautiful by Lana Del Rey ) , and work well in it to I think, but I think that is just baz's style. Music is really the movie for him..Some parts it totally works, and others I could see where he could leave some of it out. I can see what your sayin

This is a Call, I'll Stick Around, Learn to Fly, Monkey Wrench are some of my favorites

Yes, the guy is incredibly talented. The first album actually he recorded it on his own, and in 6 days!

Well, Death Metal is a more of a extreme genre, though it doesn't have anything to do with the emo stuff, which I really don't like either

That's awesome! So you grew up with great music I see

Hahaha! Mötley Crüe is another great band, I rediscovered them last week, after not listening to them in like a year or two

Ahh like all those too! Generally even the Foo Fighters songs I don't like I still like and are great music

Yeah I know they differance, just never really been a fan of either, with some few exceptions to both. With Death Metal I can't get past alot of the nonsense screamo stuff, and with the emo stuff I can't get past some of the winey, crying sound they all make But I'm definetly open to music, just because its one genre doesn't mean I can't like it. If its got a good beat and it appeals to me, then I like it

^I'm a fan too, and I agree with you regarding music in his movies - with this one though I just felt the sets and design were so evocative of the period that the "modern" music just didn't fit right and seemed an unnecessary contrivance. I'd have been far happier had contemporary stars just reinterpreted jazz-age tunes...

One of my favourite music videos too, love the piss-take of those cheesy Mentos adverts!

^Sorry, I forgot to reference this before - I've somehow thus far managed to go about my life without ever seeing or hearing Miley Cyrus in anything outside of online news stories, I just presumed it was her fault for some reason.   I did read she described herself as a 'cool punk rock underdog' which leads me to believe that anything she has to say is liable to be total bullshit.

Hmmm I see what ya mean Were you a fan of any other Baz Lurhman movies?

^*Cough Cough*↓

^I'm a fan too,

Jaja - I loved both Moulin Rouge! and Strictly Ballroom, but I've appreciated all his movies. He has a wonderfully sumptuous visual flair...

Well what I remember was when they started filming the movie they did together he was with another girl and cheated with Miley. The girl said she found out seeing pics of them via the Internet But then now just this past year, he apparently cheated on Miley with Mad Men January Jones gal. So even though Miley is definetly my cup of tea and everyone yelling at Liam "run, get away while you still can" forget that he doesn't seem like a swell guy himself (Is it bad i know this? )

And whops must have missed that part I've never seen Strictly Ballroom I'll have to check that out. I know for some people Baz isn't their cup of tea. My mother HATES anything and everything Baz lurhman, and I just love everything he does He knows how to do "Love" well

LOL off topic I know, but what Disney movie is that from? Peter Paan?

And F yeah love these. So much work so intricute and cool and pretty much amazing how they pull it off. Whoever invented this thing is a genuis

You know I have no idea but that scene made for one hilarious cocaine gif

The group with the led neon lights is what impressed me considering they have the light variable sequence to coordinate with, then the obvious dancing coordinated with the song with multiple people on stage and to add in another difficulty factor..it's in the dark If that isn't level: EXPERT I don't know what is

I'm actually having trouble finding a bad Foo Fighters song

Which ones you don't like? (or don't like that much  )

Lol!! That's exactly what I don't like of the emo stuff.

Great attitude towards music!

loll I don't dislike any of them. Even the songs of them that I don't like, I like

Also Imagine Dragons is amazing (I liked them before they got popular now everybody likes them, and its like DOHH! )

You ever heard of Kimbra? Shes got an awesome voice, and unique look, but mostly the way she performs, she essentially records herself live, while playing live to an audiance, its really cool!
