Like I said in another thread... the body doesn't know if that's fat or muscle, it puts strain on your heart all the same.

A lot of pro-bodybuilders and wrestlers died in their 30s-50s and had serious health problems.  Eg. organ failure (kidney, heart, liver transplants)
