Quite an ironic song to perform as a one man band!
You did a classic justice though. The overdub was an especially nice touch along with adding your own guitar style. One of rock's first songwriters (Jerry Leiber) once said that it was possibly the best song ever. I don't know when he said it (although "Strange Fruit" had been made by that time
), but I couldn't even possibly decide on what the best Beatles song is.

Thanks!
But though I think Eleanor Rigby is a great song I'll have to disagree with Jerry Leiber. Though it's really hard to pick "the best" Beatles song. And since it's all a matter of opinion I'd say it's impossible.
One of my favorites is Happiness Is A Warm Gun (which I covered too)

Something new
No clones this time though, but just me and my acoustic guitar: turning Pop stuff into Blues this is a Wham! song given the Delta treatment:
I'm Your Man

This is a live recording, playing one of the songs from my last album
This is called Through The Stars

I have no clones for this week so here's something original
This is another song from Fuego y Sangre and it's the oldest song on the album: I wrote it back in 2006 for my band at the time, so it's actually one of the first 15 or so songs I ever wrote.
This one is called Vivir Del Pasado (To Live From The Past would be a decent translation)
I hope you like it, if you haven't heard it already on the complete album

Apparently I forgot to share this one here:
It's one of my newest songs and since I've already written so many since my last album I might as well share something.
For this one I wanted to go back to my songwriting roots and do something Punk.
This is the result
Burning Mind

Monday with original music!
One more from Fuego y Sangre and probably the heaviest song on the album: Cursing The Sun

A lot of new stuff.
Good to see you with the guys too. I need to catch up. Before I get to listen to Bohle, I should say good job with the Wham! song. I always thought that the group name was terrible, but they had some good stuff and a bluesy take is always interesting.

Thanks!!
I'm far from being a fan of Wham! but George Michael was an incredible singer and it was actually very fun to take that song and turn into a Blues. Quite refreshing too working on a song that's out from what I usually listen to.

Yesh, I have tons of catching up to do as well once I’m back in the States ![]()

Because it was a day like today that I finished mixing my second album, I uploaded it on Youtube IN FULL in a single link
If you like Tolkien's work (particularly The Silmarillion) and epic Metal with elements of Progressive, this album is for you!
ABISMOS DEL TIEMPO
(Having enough time is advised too since all the songs are quite long
)

Another live recording!!
This song is from my first album, Sangre Fría (Cold Blood)
This is Grito Al Viento (I Scream at the wind)

The clones are back!!
After some time of absence they've returned with something by THE BEATLES
Back In The USSR
And thanks to @SuperG.Girl for helping in deciding which guitar solo to use!
I hope you like it!

Not one of my fav songs from the Beatles but nevertheless great job amigo!
I'm finally getting back on track with all the song releases
And what's with the green skull?
And you shouldn't provide an English shout out at the end of your vids... let them learn a new language dam it, they need to be cultured!

Nah, I'll keep the english part. I'll be benevolent

Something new!
Some Grunge this week: this is from Soundgarden's first album, and the song is basically a vocal show off.
Plenty of quite low vocals and lots of VERY high ones too.
BEYOND THE WHEEL
I hope you'll like it!

I'm back and so are the clones, and also with some more high pitched vocals (towards the end).
This is Plug In Baby by Muse
(Maybe @PinkCouture and @frenchkiki would be interested on this one?)

Of course not
Should have been a bit longer though... but that was already the 5th take of lead vocals
