I have heard of some of Yoko's more recent "songs". My reactions was a mix of: :| The outfits she wore while performing made it worse

I've had the same reaction with with her music and performances  The woman is weird to say the least.

I watched the video of "Whole Lotta Yoko" and she doesn't get inside a plastic bag in that one. She just scream. But I'm sure she gets inside a plastic bag somewhere in the Rock and Roll Circus.

The band playing there with John Lennon was called The Dirty Mac. It was actually a super-group consisting of Lennon, Eric Clapton on lead guitar, Keith Richards on bass and Mitch Mitchell (Jimi Hendrix's drummer) on drums.

Oh that's new to me   

There's some crazy people out there.

The catfights between JWoww and Sammi were the highlight of the series...hahahaha... I really liked Vinny at the beginning b/c he was the most level-headed, down-to-earth and “normal” of all of them As the series progressed he became a major douche, maybe to impress the other guys in the house, and my liking for him quickly diminished

I also agree with you, dark hair works well with fairer skin tones. It is a nice balancing contrast

Every culture, race, and etc. has their dumbasses, drunks and assholes. I think it is a universal people thing. That’s why I prefer cute animals...hahahah...

One of my best pals from high school is half Korean and half Russian. Gorgeous girl but not a nice person I would go over her house every Sunday and her mom would make the yummiest authentic Korean dishes. I am getting hungry thinking about it My favorite Korean dishes include bulgogi, bibimbap, gimbap and of course the side dishes. YUM!!!

I am telling you if I ever go to Italy I wouldn’t be able to fit into the plane back home! I would eat so much pasta and bread that I would look like the giant marshmallow in Ghostbusters Carbs are my weaknesses too!!!

Yoko is definitely an eccentric lady but I sometimes think she over-exaggerates her weirdness for the sake of attention & to give the impression she is more artistic than she really is   Nonetheless she is nutty

Oh yes indeed. Squirrel hunting is big time in country areas and Alaska too. I don't eat squirrel for obvious reasons, but I do lose some of my animal lover cred in that I do eat some invasive, non-native species. I only eat hunted variety though as buying would increase the demand and defeat the purpose . Its amazing the impact that some invasive species have though. Even the introduction of the green iguana in Florida is causing some of their butterflies to become nearly extinct. Largemouht bass have already killed off several native species. That's not to say they brought themselves here obviously.

That’s a good point you made about it being better to hunt than to buy meat b/c buying would increase demand. I have never hunted in my life and I don’t know do I want to start b/c I would feel guilty   I prefer someone killing my food for me. I sound like such a horrible person

Like I said if you want to see girls fighting you gotta watch BGC Although I must say I am kinda tired of all the constant lame fights I enjoyed the show more when they had quality entertaining girls (Y) The new season starts soon so I am hoping it will be decent but I am not holding my breath.

It's that time of the year again hun and every year we come to a number. So with that said here are a few numbers to pull age right out of the equation

So as you see, age really is just a number. Happy birthday Pinky and let every beat count this coming year

Yes, I think over-acts her eccentricities, but she's weird anyway 

They only played together that time as far as I know, and they didn't record anything either. Lennon made the band for the occasion.

Eating invasive species is indeed a fine line because big mouth bass was actually introduced for the purpose of big game fishing so I don't buy or hunt for that. On the other hand, wild boar is invasive but they are too dangerous to be raised by most people so I do hunt and eat those . 

 

I think for many people it has to do with early exposure, socialization, culture ect. That is people who are moreso city people are probably more likely to see it as very foreign whereas people raised somewhat in that life are usually more accustomed to it. I say many obviously as some city people seek it out on one hand and some country people are instantly repelled by it on the other hand. Many PETA members came to be as a result of their farm or country upbringing . I can't say that I'm embraced by all animal rights enthusiasts. Even aside from not being a vegetarian by any stretch, my environmentalism comes before my animal rights sentiment. Sometimes the two worlds meet. For example when it comes to endangered native species, the two worlds meed. On the other hand, there are invasive species that harm native species and the two can butt heads. Either way, I am a big advocate of stopping animal cruelty on the other hand. One thing I like to do is give tips on how to put animals down in the most painless ways. Seeing as how meat will always be big business, I sometimes find this to be more practical. 

 

You have experience in advertising, what do you think of the tiny bite phenomenon in food advertising? I can't imagine being inspired to buy anything I've never had or wasn't already interested in from seeing such tiny bites :| . I couldn't find the other examples, but this was actually the biggest bite of the bunch. I'm not saying it has to be Craig Jr. sized, but at least look like you're enjoying it.

Hmmm...tiny bite phenomenon...interesting In addition to trying to persuade people to buy their products, a huge part is also to retain their current consumers. That is to encourage and reinforce customers to continue to purchase their products. Another thing is sometimes advertisements are used to create an "issue" and provide a "solution" (the product being advertised). In the case of "healthy" foods, it is to encourage the idea people need to eat more healthy but give the impression not all healthy foods are disgusting and tasteless. Going back to the tiny bite phenomenon, I think it gives the idea the product is healthy and fulfilling even in small intakes. Also it is supposedly so yummy there is no need to take big savage-like bites

I don't think I have ever told you my thoughts on cupcakes. They often look cute and pretty but rarely do they taste decent. Hmm...good question. All the Top Model shows, esp. ANTM, is becoming more & more ridiculous, bizarre and a major joke with each season. The Face is definitely headed towards that direction esp. the US & Aus versions. The UK version is a hot mess that is blatantly scripted from the get-go. I guess I shouldn't be so critical b/c when it comes down to it it is a TV show although the genre is "reality". It is all about ratings & money and not authenticity or accuracy. Anyways, to kinda answer your question I prefer The Face---for now at least

TWD is still on my to-watch list. So many shows, so little time
