Pink, Oh wow didnt even know One Direction was on X Factor. I guess that's a very telling sign that I'm neither a fan of them nor follow them in anyway lol. However, I do know they are ridiculously popular... their mugs ( faces) are everywhere. just don't get it... however, back in the 90's people (who weren't teens) were probably saying the same thing about The Backstreet Boys and NSYNC (used to be a major fan girl )

Though back to the topic of reality/ competition TV... there's so many food ones! I like watching the FOOD network... mainly for shows like Dine ins, Drive Ins, and Dives.. You gotta eat here. However, that channel is bombarded with Chopped, America's best cook, Top Chef, Cut throat kitchen... so many of them. Not a fan of them.

yeah unfortunately FWBL won't be a breakout role for Brooklyn, wonder if she'll ever find a show or movie that'll make her really shine. I could never imagine Brooklyn being a "successful" actress. She doesn't have that special spark to her. I think she will forever be cast in supporting roles Something I think she might be good at is being a talk show correspondent. She does have somewhat of a personality and charisma. She also does well in interviews and promotions

Those wild boars are force to be reckoned with. Some have been known to kill pit bulls and even tigers. In the South, they are a destructive and invasive species but are also delicious . One can enjoy the taste (though somewhat less juicy) of pork on one hand, but much healthier on the other hand (due to its exercise and natural diet). As to how long I was up there, I wish someone had it on tape to keep it objective because it always seems longer with things like that. Truth be told, I doubt it was that long. More hardcore animal rights people say I should be ashamed to have had pet pigs and eat meat, but well...meh . 

 

Another invasive species that is a terror in the North and South alike is carp. This may look like a buffet, but there is a down side.

They were originally brought here to control algae growth but you guessed it , escaped from captivity and *gasp* multiplied out of control. They not only threaten many native species including some of the oldest known living fish in general, but they actually injure people as they jump out of the water. Some grow to over thirty pounds and have been known to break jaws and knock people out of the boat. On the somewhat positive side, you don't need a whole lot of skill when they're jumping like that. There are even places where they have competitions with teams to see who can catch the most in a net. Some wear helmets though. Another bright side is that whereas I don't eat bigmouth bass due to the fact that they were imported for big game fishing, I do eat carp. Due to the fact that carp threaten much more popular fish along with their boniness, there's no fear of creating a demand for them. I'm adept at cleaning and deboning fish, so (with some thick gloves) I don't mind so much. Actually, I have quite a few fileted in my freezer . 

 

Yeah, Padma is one of the relatively few celebs that gives me the butterflies . To be that pretty, hot, smart and a master chef too ...Oh, this is the bearded man . It was a parody of the Paris one. When I say celebs that's not to say famous people aside from models by any means, but just celebs in general.

My holidays were lovely With the in-laws per usual and LOTS of tamales I still have to try the sweet ones with a nice cup of coffee, yum!  And I got this 10 in 1 wood board game which is pretty neat since I love the such They also as a joke gave me this shirt Sheldon wears from The Big Bang Theory they found at the store, the Green Lantern one I also got some gift cards and one has some good cash on it for a local mall Not sure what to buy yet though And New Years will be here with MANY friends hopefully if they can make it. You should see all the liquor we have at the moment
