Oh indeed

No snow no harm right?

LMAO, someone here from BZ linked me to that and I was in stitches from the laughter. "SHUT UP WESLEY!"

Actually yes, those are the day time highs But in the night we have temps dipping to the low 30's now with freeze warnings for the nights over the next few days

Hehehe, clothes and money, you can't go wrong there with women right? Favorite clothing item so far?

My holidays were lovely With the in-laws per usual and LOTS of tamales I still have to try the sweet ones with a nice cup of coffee, yum!  And I got this 10 in 1 wood board game which is pretty neat since I love the such They also as a joke gave me this shirt Sheldon wears from The Big Bang Theory they found at the store, the Green Lantern one I also got some gift cards and one has some good cash on it for a local mall Not sure what to buy yet though And New Years will be here with MANY friends hopefully if they can make it. You should see all the liquor we have at the moment

Thank goodness for no snow!!! It is currently 28 degrees outside and it is still daytime 2sKHKtq.gif

Tough call on my favorite clothing item since I love them all! I got a shirt that looks similar to this one except it is dark grey with navy blue stripes : http://oldnavy.gap.com/webcontent/0008/937/593/cn8937593.jpg

I am planning to go to VS on Friday to check out the SAS. The SAS online is a huge disappointed this season Didn’t find anything I like and the prices are quite ridiculous Perhaps it is a blessing in disguise

You should take a picture of all the liquor you have!

Totoros are the mythical critters created by Hayao Miyazaki for his animated film “My Neighbor Totoro” I have never been a fan of animation or cartoons but I really like this movie Disney brought the movie rights to show it in the USA and this is their description:

Follow the adventures of Satsuki and her four-year-old sister Mei when they move into a new home in the countryside. To their delight, they discover that their new neighbor is Totoro, a mysterious forest spirit who can only be seen by children. Totoro introduces them to extraordinary characters -- including a cat that doubles as a bus! -- and takes them on an incredible journey.

"Spirited Away" is another animated movie I enjoyed---also by Miyazak

BTW, my sheep's name is Sheepi 15.gif Very original, ehh?

After 12AM is when the party starts (Y) Make sure you drink an extra glass for me but be safe!  f010.gif

Ah so that's what they are Thanks for the explanation

Never heard of Spirited Away either

Quite a fitting name for a sheep   It's quite big too, compared to the Totoros.

Talking about sheep...

Here the Christmas lamb

Don't worry, I'll make sure I have that extra glass

You should definitely check out the movies sometime. I think you might enjoy Spirited Away

Yes, Sheepi is much bigger than the Totoros. They just lay on the bed under the blanket

What was the lamb seasoned with?

Happy New Year. Cheers!!! 330oAB0.gif

I copied the plot of Spirited Away from 2 different websites :

In the middle of her family's move to the suburbs, a sullen 10-year-old girl stumble upon a seemingly abandoned amusement park. Soon after her parents are turned into giant pigs. She then meets a mysterious being who explains the park is a resort ruled by gods, witches, monsters, and human are turned into beasts there. It is a place for supernatural beings to take a break from the earthly realm, and she must work there to free herself and her parents.

Sometimes the most simplest ingredients are the most tastiest b/c it doesn't overwhelm the palette (Y)

I hope 2015 is going well for you so far

Interesting! Sounds like a weird story though

Definitely agree about that. Simple is often for the best.

Hope yours too

Did you watched Interstellar? I loved that movie!

It is does sound odd when you read the plot but the movie itself isn't that weird I think having some cultural context also helps   It is one of those movies that makes you think about life, how do we define ourselves as individuals, the choices we make, and the gratitude we show those who truly help & support us. Pretty deep movie for an animation. That's part of the reason why some children in countries like Japan are so advanced and "smart." They are exposed to complex story lines at an early age. Their brains are trained early on to think critically and on an in-depth level.

I haven't yet It is on the long list of movies I want to watch. I have heard many great reviews about it The movie also had a lot of chatter early on b/c of the behind the scenes feud between Anne and Matt

I finally watched Frozen a few months ago b/c of all the chatter. I thought it was ok---very cute. I overall enjoyed it I find it ironic the voice of Elsa is a brunette and the voice of Anna is a blond

I have not seen Jean Cocteau's Beauty and the Beast yet. Is it decent? My favorite fairy tale is Cinderella The Disney version was the first movie I saw in the theater. Also out of all the Disney "Princesses" I find her most relateable (besides Mulan of course ) Disney is coming out with a live action version in March. Very excited!!!

^ Jean Cocteau's Beauty and the Beast was ok, i already studied it at school so, i knew it... well, it's a old movie you know, from... '46, i think, it's decent if you like this kind of old things ahah I found it charming, the black and white, the costumes ...etc... but TBH, the Disney one is a way better, much more universal i think !

Frozen was nice too, i watched it only with one eye lol Disney movies are always very effective !

Yeah, i watched the trailer of the upcoming Cinderella, looked nice, i actually loved Enchanted, so why not this one

I guess I should see it then In Spanish is called El Viaje de Chihiro. Looks like an interesting movie.

It's easily one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. The plot is awesome and the acting is really good too. The science fiction aspect is very well made and even though it's a 3 hours films it always keeps your attention. I never knew about any behind the scenes feud though

I have heard of Jean Cocteau's Beauty and the Beast but have never gotten around to watching it partially b/c it isn't one of my favorite fairy tales. However I do want to eventually check it out   Also, I have a long list of movies I want to see---I don't even know where to begin! Ever since graduating from University I don't watch as many movies anymore

Needless to say I haven't seen Enchanted But a Cinderella movie I have seen and enjoyed was Ever After:

It has a great soundtrack too

3 hours!? I need to plan accordingly when I get around to watching it

Anne Hathaway seems to have beef with many actors. She and James Franco were feuding for awhile. Here is an article about what started her feud with Matthew McConaughey:
