I am a bit lactose intolerent so even with pills it's not 100%. I prefer to just to avoid dairy except for negligible amounts. It also makes me avoid eating Italian. It's too bad as I LOVE dairy and chocolate ! so what did you get at Red Lobster?

I pan-seared two pounds of salmon recently. I've never got around trying to learn how to prepare perfect steaks or sandwiches.

What's your favorite sandwiches/burgers? Yep, it has some coffee powder..(so I guess you don't like coffee?) I like cheesecake, too...

Andy, I kinda pigged out. I had three of those biscuits they bring out at the beginning... then I had shrimp nachos as an appetizer. (Which I shared with a friend. ) For the main course I had the seaside trio thing I mentioned before... so for the 3 dishes I had ginger salmon, shrimp Alfredo and brown butter shrimp. I also asked for a scallop skewer on the side. The server who brought out my dish, looked at my plate and said "wow this is hardcore" lol. At the beginning I was like oh I'll get dessert too at the end, but turned out I was too damn full.

When you make salmon, do you usually have it with something else? Like rice or veggies?

I don't really have a fav burger, when I go to a restaurant it all tastes pretty much the same to me. But generic fast food wise, I prefer Harvey's burgers over say a Mcdonalds burgers. Not a huge fan of McDonalds... especially their burgers. I think they are so overrated, but they have the best marketing so there you go.

Nope I don't like coffee and I don't like tea either.

You have interesting insights here

I certainly noticed that most fans of female models are other women. I don't know about the male models but sure there are many gays. I've been here five years and I still don't fully 'get' the former. I have heard 'aspiration' and style as being cited as the source of the interest. Gays of course I understand and having known many I find that they have very intricate tastes so male fashion fits. I wonder how many straight males regular male models forum? I haven't found one yet, but then again, I haven't looked...

As a male here, I find myself often alone. Donny (Donbot) and I had some similarities in taste but I find other male posters divergent. I can like both, typically "popular" with male (maxim type) models but I find the HF top models to be the most everlasting. Maxim type models to me are boring. For me, the most beautiful part of a woman will always be their face and that's the edge HF has over the other genres. I like tall too along with beautiful clothes, so the combination completely works for me. I would prefer to see more sporty tall women (and busy tall) women like Daniella/Valerie but it's just not the era...:-/ Donny had a fetish for the most special and rare female faces, which is something I share as well.

"lucky Blue" reminds me of young Leo Dicaprio, LOL. Same type of person...do you like "Lucky Blue"or could you have seen yourself liking Lucky back in the day? Why do young girls gravitate to these people? I had thought that it's partially familiarity with boys but also very youthful looking men probably seem less intimidating and foreign.

Andy, yeah men and women are pretty different when it comes to that. while I'm sure there are a fair amount of females in to male models, I noticed that most fans of male models tend to be homosexual but a lot of women who like female models are straight, (me personally, I'm bisexual) then there are males who are into female models and they are gay. I mean there are obvious exceptions to this of course. So maybe overall that's why there seems to be more interest in female modelling. Though theres this male model, by the name of Lucky Blue smith who is rather popular. He's 16 and I noticed he has a lot teenage girl fans. He's rather girly/boyish looking, (in my opinion) but it's known that teen girls like guys with soft features/ boyish looking... which is why guys like Harry Styles and Justin Bieber are popular. However the teen girls liking Lucky has nothing to do with being interested in male models, they just like him in particular that's all.

Yeah I prefer men who don't make too much of a fuss over their appearance. Which is partly why I like leo so much... he dresses super casual in his downtime, doesn't go to the gym to try to look buff etc. He doesn't give a shit about all that stuff.

I think most men on earth would like their spouse to be so relaxed... What is unattractive about a 'dandy'? He may seem too self-absorbed, and thus less interesting in serving others maybe?

Thanks for your thoughts, interesting read.

When it comes to models, all I know is that I get bored of the popular faces very fast and these days I'm more interested in newbies/ relative newbies. When a model gets too popular it's kinda like a turn off for me, which may sound weird. It's pretty rare that I'll venture into a big time model's thread.

Yes, I've heard people say that this Lucky guy looks like a young Leo. However, I personally do not see a strong resemblance. For the most part it seems that pretty much any blonde, blue eyed young guy with a boyish look gets told they look like Leo in his younger days. There are roughly 4 other male models, that I know of, who people think looks like him. Alright, the model by the name of Jordan Barrett looks a bit more like a young Leo due to the face shape being a bit more similar. And that's just the models, there are tons of singers and actors who get the leo look alike comments.

Maybe when I was l pre-teen I might have had a crush on Lucky, but just as well maybe not. Back in the 10-13 age bracket I was really into Justin Timberlake. I never crushed hardcore on leo in his Titanic days, it's only in 2007 that I became interested in Leo and he was already in his thirties at that point. (Leo is 40 now by the way) But yes, Lucky is way too young for me to like now, he's a baby at 16. In my teenage years, all the guys I crushed on were NBA players. I had a massive crush on Carmelo Anthony. I remember back in the day making it my goal in life to watch every single Denver Nuggets games so that I could see his face lol. The love was strong lol. Currently, I kinda like Derrick Rose from the Chicago Bulls. However, it's pretty rare for me to get huge crushes on guys these days.

And yes, I've always read that young girls like boys with softer features as they find them less intimidating.

For example, these are some of the guys that get the young leo look alike remarks a lot. The Dancing with the Stars guy (aka the third pic) looks nothing like leo but all you need is blonde hair and a boyish look to get told you look like young Leo. Some of the others I can see a bit of resemblance.

There aren't many comparisons and look alikes when it comes to the modern day Leo though, or atleast not as many as the young Leo comparisons.

To give you a sense of what I dont like, I'll make a list of popular/ somewhat popular models that I just don't find all that beautiful or interesting. Yes some of these names are big time supermodels, so obviously they have something that got them this far but again not my taste. I know Carlos likes Alessandra and you like Hilary, sorry guys haha

Karlie Kloss

Behati Prinsloo

Lily Aldridge

Chrissy Teigen

Samantha Hoopes

Erin Heatherton

Coco Rocha

Hilary Rhoda

Alessandra Ambrosio

Gisele Bundchen

..................

While these are some of the models I like and who I find very beautiful (newer faces for the most part) Well Ophelie's face isn't super beautiful to me but I still like her face and I've always liked her for some reason, ever since I first saw her.

I'm not sure what SNES is, is that Super Nintendo? I just know the first Zelda game I played was on Nintendo 64 and it was the Ocarina of time one. I also played the Zelda on Nintendo Wii but the name escapes me right now.

In regards to super Nintebdo games I played a lot of Donkey Kong, but I always sucked at it. I played street fighter as well... also mortal Kombat. By the way I have a younger brother that's probably why I even played these games in the first place, I was very much a dolls and Barbie type girl.

Back in 2001, one day my dad was watching a Raptors game and I just started asking questions about the game, nothing better to do. Then I got hooked.

Yeah, it's the same thing as a Super Nintendo. I had a Gameboy too, but it's not actually of much use these days. Many many years ago, the screen's protective covering came away and when I tried to glue it back on, it frosted up the inside of the screen. It still works, but you can only ever see about half of what's going on in the game.

I wasn't aware that there were any Canadian teams involved in the league, so I was going to ask who you usually rooted for, but then I Googled 'NBA Raptors' and saw the error of my ways. Quite honestly, my knowledge of the franchises begins and ends with 'NBA Jam' on the old Sega Genesis.

Funnily enough, the news came through earlier this year that there's a possibility of London receiving an NBA franchise one day. Not sure how such a thing would go down in North America, but I'd be most interested to see it.

Do you play any basketball yourself?

Awww, you still have the gameboy? Nostalgic reasons? Sometimes I hold on to things from my childhood that I have no use for anymore, for example I have this Disney nightgown I used to wear when I was six, that I can't for the life of me get rid of Though I've become better at letting things go, I used to be worse before... that's why my home was such a cluttered mess back in the day lol. Now I have like one small box where I keep random stuff from the old days.

About 3 years ago, I went through this bizarre phase where I wanted to collect all the Disney VHS tapes. I would go to value village trying to find the films I was missing. I felt pretty dumb sifting through old VHS tapes haha. And now I have this huge container of Vhs tapes stored in the garage that I want to donate back to value village, but I'm still reluctant to do so because I don't want to regret it later as it wasn't easy finding them. But yeah 2012 was a weird year of me collecting things, period. It was more than just kids tapes. I think it might have been a way to try to distract my mind from what was going on with my mom. Luckily I'm out of that collecting phase shit... that had a negative effect on my wallet.

Yup there's one Canadian team in the NBA Toronto Raptors. There use to be two, the Vancouver Grizzles, but back in 2001 they moved to Memphis.

I noticed that about once or twice a year the NBA randomly plays one of their games in London.... I guess to try to broaden the appeal of the NBA to newer markets. For example, this year the New York Knicks faced the Milwaukee Bucks in London. So yeah maybe that's their way of testing waters to see if a team would be a good money move there. The games do sell out when they are played there, which is a good sign.

No I don't actually play basketball.

I wanted to ask:  What are your favorite Dicaprio movies?

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000138/

I enjoyed Django, Inception, Aviator, Catch me, Gangs of New York, Quick and the Dead.  Acting wise, Aviator was most memorable.

^ yeah I saw it

I'm over at my Aunts house and I watched it live with her and even she was super impressed. That was a great shot from my boy Derrick! (Y)

Clippers certainly kicked some ass tonight. Did you hear how the Clippers crowd kept changing "Austin Rivers" ? Then of course in the press conference they kept asking Doc Rivers how proud he was as a father. I felt awkward for Doc, sure it's his son but at the same time he wants to treat Austin the same as the other players as this is a professional team we are talking about.

Speaking of spicy I love roti!! Especially shrimp roti... well it's not necessarily spicy... There's curry in it which is somewhat spicy on its own but I like extra pepper in mine. This might be something you aren't familiar with... It's a Carribean type food (specifically from Trinidad) but maybe you've seen this.

Looks Kinda weird in pictures but it tastes soooooo good

You Won't believe it,I saw this picture here ,in your thread, few days ago,and it stuck in my mind since then,I could mostly understand how it is made, and made it today with the help of my sister(I showed her the picture too),and the result is wow,so beautiful and amazing recipe, though I usually don't like anything with bread at lunch, but I liked it and ate good enough amount of it,

Amazing shot!! And such an amazing game! I'm still impressed by that buzzer beater

And I loved how the Clippers kicked the Rockets ass But I didn't noticed that!! He sure played a great game, specially on the second half he kind of fueled the Clippers to the win.

Oh, that must have been an awkward press conference! Well, it's a pro team, so those things should not have any effects.

Then they started asking Austin these kinds of questions. Then he mentioned something to the effect that Doc was in Boston while he grew up in Atlanta, so whenever they talked it was always about basketball so that's just the kind of relationship they have. I took it to mean that they don't really have a close father son relationship.... but what do I know.

^ yeah I was surprised that the Warriors lost game 2. They had been on a 21 game winning streak at home.... but streaks don't last forever of course.

My dad thought Wizards could win their series against the Hawks. However with John Wall's injury, he's less optimistic. Right now the Wiz are leading, but it's only the 2nd quarter.
