It depends to what degree.
But generally, I think we should first give them a warning and send them a PM telling them it is not ok to disrespect the mods. If they do it again, they should get suspended/banned. Also, we might want to add a clause in the rules section stating disrepecting mods is not allowed here

dude I thought we had agreed we dont delete accounts, now there are missing posts all over the place and if you try to read them your like wtf....
