No kidding.  I had a relative that used to always cook meat well done whenever we went over to dinner at her house.  Could have played hockey with it most of the time.

I stay in the Medium-Rare / Medium range myself.

Yes Thank you very much! There are two parts missing though... In the country I live in, we eat the head and the feet as well....

 

The only thing left is the tail
