It should look like this:

o and check the rules cus there is a limit to size for both

anyhow, i want to edit this banner as a gif that matches my website...but i dont know how to edit a gif and save the animation..what do i need?

I don't think u can edit an animated gif with photoshop.

Okay...i have the unzipped files so i can edit the text.....now..how do i animate it again?

Im tryin to make an gif avatar out of an mpeg vid.. but when i select the part of the vid in imageready.. all I get is a black image... i dont get the frames... why is that?

have you divided the video into pictures?

Hmm.. well I just realized I can make screen caps out of it ..

now what do I do with the screencaps?

put the caps into a new folder and in imageready go to file-> import->folder and choose the folder the pics are in
