how do u make screen caps?
when you see a picture on the screen you want capped you hit Print Scr/sys Rq on your keyboard, and its prints what is on ur screen

Fist off, photoshop cannot make gifs, you need imageready, which should come with it so you are in luck.

Well....I use photoshop for myself 
But some others use also GIF Animator and some other programs
