No you can't. BUT, from reading what You and some others post here, I get a feeling that you guys are using relationships as something to fill a void in your life.

You can view this as you want to, but I wasn't born to be single.

I know many people tend to be that self-centered, but I don't.

It has nothing to do with being self centered. The thing is that everyone is talking about not being able to live a happy life being single.

I thought you would be another person blowing the fanfares for "you have to be a happy single and lead your life in order to meet that special someone", because it is untrue.

other than that it strongly depends on the person to be happy or not while being single.

Many ppl say "you can f*ck around with anyone you want to while single, so be happy", but guess what?

a) not everybody is into that or

b) not everyone is given the opportunity or

c) there are ppl who still won't be happy doing that or even

d) something entirely different.

I'm single because I somehow messed things up again...

Though my newest ex did not inform me as to the nature of my mistake(s)...

I agree you CAN have the life you described, but what I say is, that does not count for everyone.

If you're not in a relationship you are missing out on the part that is worth calling a life. It is just so much better than anything else I know, but maybe that is because it is new to me.

It is just a zillion times more fun if you can share what you like to do with someone you love and who loves you.

There are days when I would like someone here with me and then I have days where I am so happy that I don't have some idiot around me bothering me

sometimes i will admit, i MISS SILENCE, and being able to BE alone, BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT then i think again, Do i REALLY want to put my baby toe into the fabulous mess the dating pool is these days and im like HELL NO. Not to say there arent some lovely Gents out there, but i feel and see from my other GF's that soooooooooooooo much is put into the physical appearance no days, that what the person is LIKE on the inside. With that said, that DOESNT MEAN one shouldnt look good, take care of themselves after after all, its looks at some point along with Sexual Chem that attracts the other person

I know what you mean. I am not dipping my foot into the dating pool for a long time. Sure you have to like looking at the other person but it shouldn't be about that. I want to be able to have a conversation with someone that will last longer than five minutes. I would also like them to be looking me in the eye instead of town my blouse. I lucked out with my ex in more ways than one. I have a feeling I am not going to be able to find another guy like him for awhile, so why bother. If I am willing to put up with all your little imperfections than you should be able to put up with mine.
