Yup!.
It's really helpful to go shopping when you're feeling stressed, but that only crosses my mind when I have the money for it, that's why I don't get more depressed when I dont shop.
It also happens to me that my addictions shines out! I mean, I'm addicted to coffee, so, when I'm stressed, I drink more coffee than usual, but then it's not that good, because if I don't drink it one day, I get the "shaky-leg" if you get what I mean. Addictive!
And, I need to feed my whims, I think it is a way to consent myself and make me feel better. I also do that when I'm depressed!

I generally eat ice cream and watch tv during stress. lol

shopping, going to my hairdresser, going to my therapist, listening to my fav artists or reading some book (type of book depends on what caused stress)

Oh yeah, that is very VERY helpful.. I love eating icecream while being stressed, it's like.. a sort of drug that I terribly needed!! jeje

Ah! shopping. I LOVE shopping just a bit too much when I am stressed. We have a Bebe and a victoria's Secret here. I blow off all my money on there when I want to relax by shopping. Eating is also another thing I do. I kind of crave sweets but I mostly want to eat greasy foods like cheeseburguers and pizza. Drinking lot of caffeine, listening to music and watching tv are other things I do. I usually watch some of the movies I have or I just watch whatever is on.
I swear you are like me! Ahahaha, that is a good way to de-stress too! I wish we have Victoria's Secret here in the UK ![]()
