Ahhaah, I have had enough of those Nike and Addidas ads here. These companies literally spent a lot of money on those TV ads and omg, they were on like every 2 seconds!!

But yeah, I will think about it....

@Ire: My list? OK, here goes:

Annoying people

Annoying routines

Restrictions

When things don't go according to plan

Men (not all, but there are some real shits out there)

Annoying parents

Annoying siblings

Annoying weather

Being late (when its not my fault!)

I think that is about it...

I like to handle stress by:

Listening to music

Playing a video game (something destructive like Ratchet & Clank or God of War)

Drawing

Dancing

Tennis (sometimes, but if I'm really stress, it's a little dangerous)

Volleyball ( more dangerous than tennis)

Talking to everyone here

Wow, all you girls handle stress by... shopping, eh? That's crazy.

I don't really get stressed easily with things. If it's like exams, I get more nervous or concerned that I've done enough revision, but not really stressed.

About shopping, I simply don't shop when I don't have money!

I'm still in High School, and I stress every day. I've almost fainted quite a few times, and usually find myself having "panic" attacks.

Exercise (like dance) tends to help. Sleep is always good. Mostly I watch a sad movie during my free time, and cry until I feel less wound-up.

scream into a pillow

I wish that is all it would take.. I would like it just to stop now..

having you ever had those moments in your life when you settle one stressful event in your life and before it is even smoothed out a few others come your way.. and they pile so high you have no idea where to start next. I am there and I reall need to scream and never stop.

I get what you understand-though I find them kind of silly now that I think back on them and teen stuff, still I remember the feeling of depression and not knowing what to do and confusion all the time

But that helped me to learn not to take things too stressful and settle everything in an easy and calm matter

I hope everything turns out good for you
