It's odd, but somehow I think there is some correlation between my face and my wanking habits. For instance, since I've slowed down, my face has gotten a lot better; but this could be the result of any number of things.

In any case, I think it's healthier to not slap the salami more than once a day. I'm not saying major wankers are unhealthy, but in my own experience it's a lot better to take it easy.
