TBH I am surprised he hasn't been banned yet. Although as much as I don't want to admit it, at times he does entertain me

Just his tirade about the new software. When I saw the "...or delete my account" part, I was like "don't tempt me, mate".

He'll be back in a couple months with a new account acting like nothing is wrong.

I checked to see what happened and it's not saying Lebron was banned. The only thing I can think of is that his IP changed to a IP that we banned at one point? Other then that I have no idea what could be be wrong or how we could fix it.
Just unban the IP and see what happens.
It's not showing he's banned though.

I banned AlfaDolls, was complaining again about the emails asking his account be deleted, blah blah blah.
^ He also has been purposely breaking numerous rules b/c he is pissed he is not getting his way

It seems that a lot of members aren't familiar with the report function? Some seem to interpret it as an amen corner of sorts 
. There used to be one just every now and then whereas it seems to be really frequent now. I don't know whether they see the staff comments or not, so I'll just send them a message.
I know when we had the old format, members would sometimes confuse 'report' with 'reply' because the two buttons were in fairly close proximity. Obviously, what with the upgrade happening, that's not the case any more, but people still seem to make the same mistake every once in a while. The mind boggles, really. 
I spoke to Lebron and he said his current IP address is: 74.135.26.143
I did a quick check to see if it's banned, and it doesn't look to be, so I have no idea why he would be banned. Any ideas what could be going on?
^ When he tries to enter the site does it actually say he is banned? Could he access the site from another location?

Ok, I think the problem is on my end. Internet Explorer can access BZ but Firefox can't. Even when I start up in safe mode with the add-ons disabled. I'll do some research and figure it out.
To answer Pink's question, when I try to go to BZ I see "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.bellazon.com". This is what I see when my internet is down and I try to visit any page but now it's only happening for BZ. Weird.
I'll figure it out. It's definitely Firefox or maybe my Anti-Virus. Thanks for your help.
^ Yeah that's what I thought. He's having the same issue I was having a couple weeks ago. I resolved it by clearing all my cookies, cache and browsing history. Then I restarted my computer (it only worked after my computer restarted) and I was able to access the site with FireFox again!
