Do they at least credit the site where they got the scans from? For many forums "crediting" your source means citing the site you the the image from. But I do agree with scans the scanner should get the credit.

Many posters seem to either ignore the new November "Image Size" rule or are oblivious to its existence. Or it could be that because the system automatically resizes their images, they do not feel that it is essential to manually resize them before posting.

At any rate, very few, if any posters, seem to have been admonished for breaking this rule.

How strict are we being about enforcing this new rule or at least informing them of its existence? Do we delete the pics and ask them to resize? Do we just issue a warning? I think there needs to be some consistency in our actions.

Good point. I'd definitely go for an unofficial warning through PM first for something like that or else 80% of the members would be around 30% . I used to resize mine to 600 on microsoft picture manager, but I find the new 1,050 to be more than generous . I say we should just start by editing/enforcing it more and take it from there .

This thread was made after i had decided to make a VS thread for general chat and stuff. To me i think the thread should be deleted because it is presenting opportunities to bash models. But what about the rest of you. If it's a joke thread should we move it to funny stuff. I prefer to know what you guys all think. And as far as that Baron copy of VS crazy news... i also was a little concerned. Moving it to the funny stuff sounds good, but it does seem like dangling the meat over the lion. Some of it is very borderline bashing IMO.

Yeah very true. I mean i know its a joke. But doesnt mean it still isnt offensive. And i mean come on. Heidi and Adriana are the main targets. Like always and of course its gonna get the main Adriana fans all worked up. I just dont get why people cant let it be. I dont know i guess we wait for what other mods think and all make a decision then.

Although the thread is meant as a fun and joke, it does promote baiting and invite bashing. Like I suggested to before (to Kervork) I think we should either do one of two things. 1) Just delete the thread and explain to Baron via why it was deleted. 2) Move this thread to Funny Stuff section. Im sorry everyone for putting you guys through this. MissIsabella was a fake and I knew it from the beginning and I was playing her when she thought she was playing me. I knew about her from day one. If you were on chilax long enough you would know about the member Teresasweet who had claimed to know Adriana Lima and was going to make her offical site and everything. Teresasweet was also Adriana A on Chilax and she tried the same approach...she also claimed she knew Adriana Lima and to be honest she has suckered me and a lot of guys. Eventually she need another account and she created PinkBunnyHP. PinkBunnyHP was supposed to be Adriana Lima and was best friends with Adriana A. Eventually Chilax got a drift of this and finally banned her for trolling. Just recently she created a new account on chilax before it closed down, hotlatina. She didnt claim to know Adriana Lima or anything but I had a gut feeling about her and boy was I right. I started talking to her and what do you know? I look exactly like Adriana Lima and im trying to break into the model world. I knew that she was all these other members on Chilax...MissIsabella promised that she would donate 5000 dollars to Aelora for her website as well as to dcrim. Im sorry but that will not happen. MissIsabella also promised a few Victoria's Secret items for Greeneyed_Lady but again Im sorry that wont happen. Everything with MissIsabella was tomorrow. She said that she would post her picture on Monday and that didnt happen. She said she was going to come and see her "boyfriend" on Monday and that didnt happen. I was going to ban her a few days ago but I thought I would give her a second chance, I gave her rules...not to talk about who you look like, what you do, who you know and she didnt listen....

The MissIsabella name and all this was new to me, but i knew of Lost_Soul as BC. I spoke to her and she seemed nice and all. What she told me was usually good. She never spoke big or anyhting like that stuff mentioned up there. IDK.

I dont speak to Lost_Soul at all. I talk to Savanna a bit but just in terms of VS stuff. I mean the whole contacts with VS could be a lie but i dont know what Savanna seems to say in regards to stuff has been happening. She said early 2010 that changes were gonna happen. Its up to you Pink on the stuff with Lost_Soul. I might PM Baron in regards to the thread.

Wow all of that is pretty interesting. Is Lost_Soul doing something so that they can't be banned? I don't know, I'm guess I'm just as curious as everyone else is. As for Baron's VS thread, I agree that it's a disaster ready to happen. I see how it can be funny and all, but it screams for people to bash and fans of the models to get offended.

More on this issue of taking material from a celebrity's FB, twitter etc. One member has started to post text (not images). I posted an unofficial warning that in essence states what applies to images certainly applies to other personal materials posted by a celebrity. http://www.bellazon.com/main/index.php?sho...05#entry2038018

Perhaps the BZ rule should be amended to be include other material; not just images.
