So here's additional infro about Chriks (laetitia basher). Apparently not his first time

chriks uses the female of connard (vulgar) because of homophobia and jealousy.

Other vulgarity:

Nope. We got a new one apparently. One insults laetitia ... the other insults the members in her thread. keep up, keep up. hahaha

You mean that one that wrote that weird stuff in French . I'm always suspect of peopoel that use their first post to say crazy things, probably a troll . *edit* Okay already known on the other site....And is there a reason all jal's posts are set to invisible ? Also, Spinnacer's at 40% now and his last warning for racist comments was last month .

And I think I suspended Spinnacer for a week awhile back when he reached 30%. I will go check soon!

Hey guys, I just visited Elin Nordegren's thread (Tiger Woods' wife) and for 23 pages (:shock:) there's nothing but articles about the affairs and what's been going on. I wanted to get everyone's input on this because when I was looking through it, it kind of bothered me because it's all full of negative things and paparazzi shots of her kids and stuff. Some of the articles posted on there don't even have anything to do with her and they're all about Tiger. Should I go through the thread and clean it up and put a message on there or something for people not to post stuff like that? Or how should we work that out? Because it is unfortunate that beyond more than half her thread is all about the situation that's been going on.

My vote is to delete those pages and a staff member statement with a red font statement that that kind of stuff is not what Bellazon threads are for . Model/celeb threads are for their work primarily and not for celeb gossip, particularly in the exploitative manner that this is (with children involved).

And I think I suspended Spinnacer for a week awhile back when he reached 30%. I will go check soon!

Well, I didn't want it to be up to me since I'm said target race, but I'll be as fair as I can....I guess one last suspension with one remaining strike....

Someone put him on indefinite mod preview after his first warning. I had never seen this function so I didn't recognize it. Its been over a week, should he be let go ?

If it is a discussion you don't think will die out anytime soon, perhaps start a thread in the General Talk section and move all posts that are not related to Elin's modeling work into the new thread. Anything like pictures of the children should be off-limits

I have a feeling now that he has made his BS apology the topic will should slowly die down. So it might be best if we clean & edit the thread and post a message reiterating that the thread should be about Elin's work---not irrelevant rumors or gossip

Since Spinnacer's last warning was more than a month ago and he has been kinda behaving, I think we should wait for his next infraction (which should be long ) to decide what to do with him. I personally think we should ban him b/c he is just not pleasant person, he upsets many members and he obviously has no respectful for the rules (or anything for that matter)

Should there be a rule that disallows re-posting of images; especially when members quote a post and the image is, as a result, repeated. Some members have complained about this habit (e.g. disturbs the flow of the thread; hard to read posts; annoying because it gets in the way of reading the post; unnecessary, etc.)

I have edited by removing the image and textlinkinking, but I am aware that no rules have been violated. I know that on some forums there is a specific rule about reposting. Should BZ have one?

Although there is not an official repost rule [yet], but generally reposts are fine as long as there no identical image(s) posted within the last 3-5 pages. However, this does not mean reposts should be posted again for the sake of posting. Also, if it obvious something have been posted previously, it definitely should not post them again.

vanessaaa started a thread for Limerlight without asking for permission (hence why it is in the Thread Tomb). Anyways, she is requesting for the thread now

Limerlight seems like a pretty nice guy. He spams a lot but he does occasionally contribute "real" content in the Female Fashion Model threads. So I say, "sure, why not?"

What do the rest of you think?

I say no b/c little miss sunshine is still a fairly new member and there is something shady about her. As I mentioned before, she could be a troll which was why I asked we keep an eye on her. I am still convinced she could be troll

Ok, so I was able to configure the board so when images are quoted it would not show up in posts However this does include smilies

I only configured the 5 main skins: Default, Black and Yellow, Black Crystals, Blue-grey and Pro. If anyone wants me to configure the rest I could but I don't think anyone uses any of the other skins

That configuration isn't my language , so 'll trust it to you (Y) though I like smilies in quotes though . Hate to hear that about little miss sunshine. Not only because she's so helpful but ironically pms me a lot to make sure she isn't breaking some rule (particularly always pm'ing me to make sure her sig is the right size ect.) so if she were a troll would be a sad irony...

As to Limer, even though Limer's my boy and all :blueeyedbaby: I'm somewhat uneasy about the idea of mega-spammers having threads in the first year . He's probably not as bad as Bronx Bomber (new all-time poster BTW, 75,000+ posts in 2 years :shock: ...). So I unfortunately have to vote nay to a thread in the first year because I think it will do him more harm than good at this moment .

Oh yeah! Speaking of little miss sunshine, I went to the GIF central page to fix the images she posted that make the page wider, but that page always locks up on me and my browser goes crazy. So if no one else is having problems uploading that page, you can probably edit that out.

^ I remember Maddog suggesting something awhile back about putting a cap on the size of .gifs and the maximum number of .gifs allowed to be posted per post b/c it was slowing down the loading of the pages.
