If you can get to the AdminCP then you can add them. 

I think only admins can, but someone did what I wanted.

Also, I'm not ignoring reports, my notifications just haven't been working.

I'm not 100% sure if I'm seeing new reports either, my 'reported content' drop box always seems to look empty.

I only see like 1 a day if that, someone seeing more

I went from seeing four or so a day to suddenly empty and none for a good while.

This is all I see. Its good to not have reported content is it not? Maybe everyone is behaving  

Okay, mine was empty but now they're back only without the notification. My settings say that an administrator disabled the ability to change it. I suppose checking manually isn't too taxing   .

People who often report content aren't actually reporting content, they think they're replying to a post. I've seen more people on this forum who can't differentiate between REPORT and REPLY it's not even funny.  Lets not even get into the quote button and how difficult that is to grasp.

I've noticed that if staff  delete the reported content and then don't mark the report is being completed; the report just sits there and when the next staff goes to fix the problem the report looks empty.  Maybe that's what's going on?

Am I the only person that see's that the site is offline? (and only accessible to those with permission)?

Yes mods and admins can still use the site while its offline. I was updating some DB tables so I took it offline. 

Site may be slow because I am still updating some columns in the background. Ill let you know once its complete.

Everyone I made some different skins for the forum, you can check them out in the themes below. Only could really think of a couple different color schemes that fit well with the forum content, etc. Some of the skins have the banners up/and are more "done" than the others. Nothing too special.
