Bossman are you sure we need to close her thread, her reasoning is beyond irrational

Hi! Yes. It is Dasha. And I’m asking to delete this topic with my pictures and stop posting any photo of mine here. Some pictures were took even not from my account. I work as a private person. And before shooting we sign an agreement with photographs! But somebody take pictures of me and post here! This violates my rights and agreement with photographs. May be somebody happy when somebody spy on spy on them and look for pictures and fact but not in our case. 

 

Dasha is not not ready to share any documents with unknown people but if someone from your team can contact her account in Instagram asking if it is really her request, she will reply to you. And that’s will be a proof.

Maybe she is having a tough time grasping modeling is an exposure-oriented  & public career, and the more popular she gets the more people want to know about her?  Very odd woman

Honestly, I can't wrap my head around someone for whom social media is basically the lifeblood of a career, having such a tenuous understanding of how it works.

So im not really worried from the legal aspect, technically they have to report each image individually and fill out some document, so it would be a huge pain to do it for all her pictures. But its not as if the whole forum revolves around her, so I dont think too many people will miss her not having a thread thats why I though it was fine just removing it. 

Regarding ownership of images, stuff she posts on Insta are probably hers (she took them), stuff that appears in magazines would probably be owned by the photographers and they would be the ones to request removal, not her.

I've got at least 20 people who are more than upset about her thread being gone. We've been talking back and forth in PM and they would like to see it come back

Maybe you should ask them to go post on her social media saying they want the thread back on bellazon

"Hey Dasha, can we have your thread back on BZ?"

Dasha:  - BANNED! FOR SPYING ON ME!

Do you think we can have it back?

@maddog107 - Some of us attempted to reach out to Dasha and of course we got ignored.  So can we bring back the thread?

 I still personally believe its best to just leave it hidden. No need for lawsuits over one model thread and a few people who got upset over it. Im sure if you tell people that the model requested a takedown they will understand (or at least hope) 

@maddog107 Could we bring back the thread but put a password on it and only give the password out to established people on the forum? Dasha can't get mad if she has no idea what we are or aren't doing, for all she knows we're just talking about how lovely she is. btw I'm STILL getting PM's and requests in random sections of the forum about bringing her thread back. People don't understand because her reasoning is asinine. Dasha is getting pissed because people are posting PUBLISHED pictures from Photographs, Clients and her public IG account... She's calling it spying   That's like walking down the street totally naked and then getting mad when someone stares at you.

We've reached out to a couple of the photographers she's worked with and they don't care that the pics are up on the thread, in fact most of them look at it as free advertising.... so I don't know what her issue is

Sure password protected/min posts is fine for now, but if we get another request we are killing the topic.

Are these sponsored ads supposed to show up inline with the topic? Because I find them very jarring/distracting.

Also the redirects to "you won a new iPhone!" sites when I am using my phone to access BZ  

Let me talk to the devs tomorrow to remove them. Sry about that.

I have removed those inline post looking ads and I removed "taboola" which hopefully is the ones that are redirecting. Please let me know if you continue to be redirected.
