I find her to be fair, honest, impartial and on a decent amount. She's never been in trouble on the forum. She doesn't go out of her way to be combative with anyone, plus she generally gets along with everyone I've seen.

Thoughts?

Also yes to this, I've been thinking about this for a while as well. We have no other way to contact guest and figure things out, I usually indeed just delete the posts or ignore the report altogether, but how do we know these people are actually who they claim to be if we have no way to communicate or verify who they are?

I have updated the settings so guests cannot report. They can either email us or join and report. Thanks.

Soo it has come to my attention that our FAQ is very outdated, as in 2005 outdated. I can do some updates if everyone is cool with that, I know the posting images part is for sure not what we do these days.

I updated some bits of the FAQ and the How to create a thread/poll post, everyone feel free to edit/add whatever you want, obviously. I did my best not to sound like an annoyed person but I can make no promises

Got this PM yesterday, not sure if there is anything we can do? I do think we need to highlight the guidelines/FAQ a bit more instead of having them all the way in the bottom of the forum

I have no idea what he is talking about taking down the server for maintenance :|

The rules are important but having the content that people want to see first at the top is even more important unfortunately. 

So what was his issue? he quotes something with a lot of pictures?

I think overall the issue is we do have a lot of new members that quote pictures and repost a lot, stuff that is in the same page already. Nothing too awful tho, no idea what he meant by taking down the server tho  

I got a PM from Enrico_sw, he's getting this screen every time he wants to log in. He still has the same email and it's still an active account

Looks like he had a bounce and that may have blacklisted his email automatically. I will whitelist it for now. Let me know if he continues getting same issue.

Looks like the Chinese spam bots which plagued us a few months ago are back to a certain extent.

It's persistent, do we reactivate admin approval for new members until this latest wave is over or do we just ride it out?
