Pretty much most of the photos in this thread that are hosted on the BZ has issues:
This wasn't an issue a few weeks back
EDIT: All the VSFS 2018 are experiencing this issue.

Can you link me to a few to take a look? Thanks.

Seems to be ok now. Thanks!

Yup, seems to be good now

It seems as though the option to move threads to "Previously Identified Models" has disappeared.

I was having some issues a week ago or so but only when I attempted to do it on my phone. I had no issues on the pc.

I fixed it.

Yesterday a new user created a new topic for Elizabeth Turner (1 post). I reported it for already existing.
The threads got merged resulting in double posts within the old thread. (the 1 post in the newly created thread already existed in the old one)
https://www.bellazon.com/main/topic/72803-elizabeth-turner/?do=findComment&comment=4815565 (new <-> duplicate)
https://www.bellazon.com/main/topic/72803-elizabeth-turner/?do=findComment&comment=4814163 (old, lit. just 2 posts above)
Original: https://www.bellazon.com/main/topic/58147-elizabeth-turner/ cached site ---> https://webcache...elizabeth-turner/
Duplicate: https://www.bellazon.com/main/topic/72803-elizabeth-turner/
(duplicate has overwritten the original, original URL got replaced by duplicate one)
But the worst thing about merging those two threads, is that the originally created one got overwritten!
> The profile image, tags, title and following that Jeanmarc initially created/set for her thread when opening it, (July 21, 2015)
got replaced with the ones from the newly created thread, which shouldn't have been created in the first place. (overwritten)
> And the "Following" list got replaced too!
I did not follow the newly created thread but the old one, merging them replaced the old "Following" with the new one,
(meaning I don't follow the old thread anymore... WTF O.o)
resulting in the old thread with many hundred followers (259) having now only one follower! (two after I re-followed today)
(people don't get notified for new posts anymore without knowing it...)
Everyone that was previously following/"subscribed to" the old thread
has to re-follow in order to get notified about new replies...This is bad...really bad.
That overwriting profile image, tags, title and following shouldn't happen, right? (bug!?)
And creating duplicate posts by merging a recently created thread (1 post/created a few min. ago) with the old one to resolve a duplicate thread
is literally trading duplicate for a new duplicate.
This is not supposed to be a rant, I'm just trying to understand why merging (in this case destructive)
is preferred over deleting when there is only 1 post. (created a few min. ago)

@Admins/Moderators please STOP merging the threads.
The URL changed again so did the title and profile image...

https://www.bellazon.com/main/topic/72820-elizabeth-turner/
Current URL: https://www.bellazon.com/main/topic/72818-elizabeth-turner/
With every merge you change the URL, title, tags, rating profile image and the following!
The Current thread has yet again zero followers no rating changed profile image etc.
@maddog107 @PinkCouture @Clauds @phenobarbie
Now this may be something I'm doing wrong but I was under the impression that it didn't matter which url was pulled when merging, (the original thread or the newly created thread) as it merged by date. Obviously that is incorrect. I'm assuming in the future we should be pulling the url from the newly created thread and going into the primary thread to merge not the other way around.

I thought the same Pheno, i never had this happen before with merged threads so no idea, and I merged Liz's thread yesterday (or friday, can't remember) and it had merged by date
I'm also not appreciating this dude's tone at all o.o

I merged like 6/7 of them today as well and gave the member starting all the new threads a warning, (because seriously 3 seconds to do a search). It goes to the primary thread but as the member pointed out it does change the original topics url and it does erase the followers so I'm not sure if we can rectify that or if we should be simply deleting any newly created threads. I'm less concerned about the reposts at this point and more concerned with the fact they are removing the followers so members who have opted to get updates aren't getting them which generates less traffic in the thread.

It may be a new bug?. I honestly never saw this happen before but I guess next time we mergea thread we should try to merge the opposite way as you said.

I was always under the impression if we merged any new threads into the original thread it should keep the followers of the original thread

Well at least we're all on the same page of understanding lol

Yea I dont know
Dont get why hes so angry about it either...
I always try to keep the "oldest" thread URL in place and merge the newer ones into it.
Ill ask the devs to take a look.

I'm having some issues moving a thread into the Model ID section. It's showing as greyed out and unselectable when I attempt to move it.

Can I be a grumpy old man for a minute? I've been a member of this site since before it was called Bellazon, back in the Chillax days. Those are my credentials to complain like an old man. The new built-in Bellazon image gallery SUCKS for anyone using Firefox. It is straight up broken, and even if it did work I would hate it compared to the simple method of displaying large images that existed before it. Fancy image galleries with animations and resizing are annoying af. A simple click bringing up the big image with no bells and whistles other than maybe a forward and back arrow is infinitely better.
I assume the correct behavior is you click on a thumbnail in a post, a separate tab opens, and the image you clicked on is displayed in large size at the correct position in the multiple image gallery (the dreaded "dots").
What happens with Firefox is you click a thumbnail and all you get is the dots and no image, or you get a different image from the one you clicked on. The forward and back buttons don't work or only rarely work. When you click a different dot you either get no image at all, or you get a random image flickering for a split second and then presumably the correct image for that dot. Sometimes you have to click the first dot in order to get it to work, but the random image always flickers when going to the next image.
I hate it! And don't ask me to switch to Chrome. Never going to happen.

I tried the forum in Firefox and it worked just fine for me
