I know I've said this a lot, but I'll just throw it out there that to me the Model ID rule needs some altering. Most of the people that post there aren't regular members, but people who just registered to every forum of this sort they could find to start their id thread in the hope that one of them will know the model. Long story short, someone with one post in three years isn't likely to confirm, so I always thought there should be some formula as a backup. For example, three outside confirmations equal a confirmation if the person averages less than a post per year or something like that .

But I think it shouldn't be just three "outside confirmations", there should be at least one confirmation by someone who's a regular in the Model-ID-section and known for idying the difficult cases.

Since I was trying to get some order in to it and roll it up from the back (but got distracted with the messy Fem.Mod-Directory), I also took the liberty to close&move the Id'ed models with no confirmation of the thread starter, but only if I checked the model's thread before, saw it is indeed her and I've PMed the questioner that the model had been ID'ed. Felt strange to remind people of a three year's old request, but I thought this is a good solution for the really old ones, that only needed confirmation.

Glad you're with me and thanks for the help in general . Only, since there's so many models, I don't think any one person is fool proof. I've seen them all wrong before and on top of that people post pics even in the thread that aren't the model . Either way, I won't protest any reasonable methods as that forum is just entirely too long. There are a lot more members that would browse it if it were a more pactical size.

The "Manage Ban Filters" page in the ACP is not working. When I click on it, it takes me to a blank page. I don't think it is even loading.

I think its been broken since I implemented the spam filter. I insert into the DB directly 100,000+ filters and then the GUI cant handle it so it doesnt work. Not much we can do .

I revived a PM today regarding "over the size limit" attached files. Just to be clear, if you upload a file using the BZ uploader, there is no limit to the size. The 800px wide rule (or 720?) only applies to embedded images. Thanks!

From my understanding, members should not embed images over 1050 pixels wide. I don't think we have created a rule for images uploaded onto BZ, however the server/host might have a size limit. I remember we had this issue before

I think that is right, just a member complained that a mod was telling them not to *upload* an image greater than that width which is incorrect, they should be allowed to. No big deal, just wanted to clear it up in case there was any confusion.

Luisana Lopilato thread for a little while because google was complaining about copyright infringment. maybe in a week or so we can restore.

1. Is there anything we can do to get the Ban Filters back on the ACP? It is difficult to control spam, multiple accounts and etc. without it

2. There has been a few times I tried updating someone's username but the system won't let me b/c it claims "that name is already taken by another member". However when I go search for the username it shows no record of it. Can we fix this too?

I'm having a really hard time getting out of threads for some reason . Is it just me? By that I mean I can't use backspace to get out of a thread or pm suddenly and have to either close the window or go to the home page instead.
