Make a new image of whatever size you want them to be, pick a font (I used Dali) and center it before you do drop shadow (pick your own settings). After that use a small font (04b24 is what I used) and write what you want before putting it against the text in whatever position. I don't feel like getting all technical and I doubt I can since you probably use photoshop whereas I use paint shop pro.
