why dont you do it capt....i was thinking we should make a lesson page for our mods....so its not just me and you doing the majority of the editing

I think that you do all the editing cuz you are here 24/7. So evertime i log in to BZ wich its like 2 or 3 tiems a day, all the images have already been edited by you and Capt.

Smiley and persuazn have the same IP. There was another account on the same IP like a month ago, oxy-something. I can't remember, but I deleted that account.

yeah....he is the guy that caught gab0121 trolling on chilax...if you talk to him....well he gave me his website and he puts all the pictures he takes on the site.

Pretty cool. Good to have him here.

as i mentioned privately to neo, the "600 pixel width" rule might be a really stupid rule if it's based on what the admins think the average user has their screen resolution set to.

has anyone bothered to check the server logs and find out what percentage of (pathetic) users are actually still using a 640x480 screen? if that percentage is low, and you find that more than 50% of visitors are at 1024x768 then the rule should be changed.

i personally think it's a dumb rule in any case because pandering to losers who can't get a decent screen with how cheap computers are these days is just encouraging the technology to stagnate.

i say this as a database and server admin myself... not someone who's clueless about this stuff.

seriously, can you even run most of today's software on a 640x480 screen? almost everything i do on a computer is made for a minimum of 1024 - says it in the system requirements (my screens are set to 1400x1050 and 1280x1024).

not to mention, most websites today are designed to a spec of 800x600 or 1024x768.

i hate stupid, arbitrary rules that are based on nothing factual. let's see those server stats!

nyc kinda has a point there in my humble opinion...

Heaveth sent me a PM requesting that I remove the posts in the "SI Models for this Year" thread, that pertain to the pictures of her that were posted there the other day.

So I removed those, also she feels that the guest IP should be banned for clearly overstepping the boundries.

Personally I agree that the IP should be banned.

This may not be in the rules directly, but I think it should be counted under the same rule that allows for banning of members who attack other members in the open forum.

Don't mention this in the open forum, this is why this Sub Forum is invisible. Things leak out of here way too easy.
