well to answer gocho...the only reason we have th 600 rule is to keep it neat....we can probably up it to what 750??? i think we should ban that ip too capt...she didnt personally pm me and ask but that guy should be banned...now that is a perv.
Capt. i do not agree on banning the IP.
The user might have done it without knowing the rules, so a pm should be enough.
EDIT: but i havent seen what happend and the pics he posted so i dunno exactly
We can't PM him because he was a guest user. 
I have not seen him since that day though.
Maybe we can wait and see, if he turns up again.
Although I think that type of rule should be common sense to most users.
It's almost in the same vein as me posting a users address or full name and info. Of course members pictures are far less damaging to privacy than those items above, but should be respected the same none the less, because they are personal items, that the user should have to consent to before someone displays them without their owners permission.
What did he do exactly? Cuz I might be confused about another thing that happened..
i wouldnt be too happy if someone posted half naked pictures of me without asking....let alone if that person is a guest

as i mentioned privately to neo, the "600 pixel width" rule might be a really stupid rule if it's based on what the admins think the average user has their screen resolution set to.
has anyone bothered to check the server logs and find out what percentage of (pathetic) users are actually still using a 640x480 screen? if that percentage is low, and you find that more than 50% of visitors are at 1024x768 then the rule should be changed.
i personally think it's a dumb rule in any case because pandering to losers who can't get a decent screen with how cheap computers are these days is just encouraging the technology to stagnate.
i say this as a database and server admin myself... not someone who's clueless about this stuff.

seriously, can you even run most of today's software on a 640x480 screen? almost everything i do on a computer is made for a minimum of 1024 - says it in the system requirements (my screens are set to 1400x1050 and 1280x1024).
not to mention, most websites today are designed to a spec of 800x600 or 1024x768.
i hate stupid, arbitrary rules that are based on nothing factual. let's see those server stats!

actually, the rule is there for a purpose. 1st there will be many users on an 800x600 screen. The avatar area takes about 150 pixels, and a 50 pixel "buffer" area is fine.
you explain that to him...frankly i think it looks better at the 600 rule
Why exactly should we have to explain the reasons for the guidelines to him?
600 pixel width guarantee's that no one will have to scroll to the right.
Calling people pathetic and losers if they aren't on at least an 800x600 resolution, what the hell is that.

I got 1280x800 wich is pretty good for a laptop.
thats what i have right now...im using my dads laptop...i had lox resize one of the adriana walls for me....my laptop is in the shop
nobody ever makes 1280x800 walls 
ask lox...pm him...he can add it when he makes the other walls...he makes 1440 by 900 now because i asked him
