I also added Ana BB as #2, which was an epic error on my part (see above). Her beauty did not decline like Ale A.'s did.#2, wow
Never heard of Nadine, but I looked her up right now and can instantly tell you that I'm not a fan. Her face is kind of mean looking...:-pNot surprising - not many people seem to like her. I think she's a bit of a two-face - she just looks kinda 'off' sometimes, but then other times looks extraordinarily beautiful. Either way, she's a pretty fantastic model I think, who's done some pretty varied and interesting work. Great body too <_<
Who are your top models?
Yeah, AnaBB (at least for lust) is definitely up there, but as a model I would rate her a lot lower :-p

^Actually I think it worked better than the Iron "Mans" as it allowed other types of humour and was less reliant on Downey's shtick - which, personally, I can find a little grating...It did have notably more humour in it than most other recent superhero movies - probably with the exception of Iron Man 1/2, which was mainly off the back of Downey Jr. Joss Whedon did a pretty remarkable job of balancing all the elements, from the action and story to those lighter character moments (Y)
Joss Whedon is brilliant though. He has a knack of juggling the comedy and pathos - plus adding other surprising elements - in drama. He is also an excellent comic writer, so he understands the medium. His run on Astonishing X-Men was just that! It came at the right time in that franchise too, as (since the departure from the series of Chris Claremont) you'd had a succession of writers 'retconning' and tinkering with characters to make their own mark and then he came in and you had the sense that he knew who they all were. That he'd read their history. He didn't need to fuck about with, say, Wolverine's relationship to Kitty - because he just took it back to where Claremont had left off and it was all natural. True, Buffy-isms showed through a lot - but I was partial to that show anyway.
His handling of interpersonal dynamics is flawless though, and I thought this took Avengers beyond most superhero movies. (Y)

ABB has always been one of my favourites, although my interest in her has been waning.. even though I don't find her any less attractive. She's the quintessential Brazilian ![]()

I've never seen any of Buffy or Angel, but I'm a big Firefly fan. The characters in that, and the dynamic between them was just wonderful. I can not believe they killed that show after one season. It was such a rich and interesting world he created, and there's nothing worse than unresolved plot developments that you've invested in :persuazn:
I enjoyed Dollhouse too, while it lasted.. although to a much lesser extent. I find Eliza Dushku endlessly boring though, no matter how superficially attractive she is.

My all time favorite of the Brazilians is Ale. A. but after two kids her face hardened. :-p AnaBB has very sexy proportions but she hasn't been doing much as of late.

I've never seen these models before....will do...:-p Which of these are highly popular with designers?
Most of the models in my list are true 'A players'- they get tons of work and can pull off many looks. I don't have many niche models in there :-)

Aymeline and Renata undoubtedly the most, out of those. And both criminally underrated around here ![]()
You need a schooling in Aussie models son ![]()
Nicole is the one from a few avatars ago, that you asked about

Actually Whedon made a series of Firefly comics after the show. He did the same thing with Angel (after that was cancelled) with a 'Series 4' comic book series; and even though Buffy was ended as planned he did carried on that too. I don't know much about it, as I somehow missed the show - although I saw Serenity, and figured I'd probably like it given a break in procrastination!

Oh yeah, I heard tell of that comic, but I've never seen it. It's good that he made the opportunity to further expand on the show after it was cancelled, through the comics and the film, but it's just not the same ![]()
I saw Serenity before having seen any of the show, and although I enjoyed it, I liked it so much better after having seen Firefly.. I suppose expectedly so. A good TV series most often trumps a good movie after all. I wholeheartedly recommend watching it though - it's really one of those special shows that's stayed with me.
It's got one of the best looking casts too, incidentally ![]()
"the other Nicole"I'm guessing you mean Nicole Trufino?
![]()
Of course
I've never been a hug fan of her, but she is rather gorgeous ![]()
Also. Another question
Any models you hope to see in SI's 2013 issue? ![]()

^Anything starring Morena Baccarin raises the attractive quotient tenfold...It's got one of the best looking casts too, incidentally![]()

I did post my fantasy cast a little while ago, here --> [link]
I'm glad that Nina won Rookie of the Year, so she should be back next year, and hopefully many more to come.
Who'd be your picks?

I just watched her in the "V" series remake recently actually - have you seen that?

Oh wow, good memory. She's a heart stopper :-D

I thought as much.
I was hoping Michelle won, but Nina was a good choice to win too.
Though, I prefer Michelle.
Of course, we'll probably see the regualrs/Nina this year. Alyssa Miller has already been ID'ed for 2013 issue. ![]()
I would love to see Xenia Deli. Simply because, she's one of my favs.
And I heard she was going/went to castings. But not 100% sure. ![]()

^Indeed I did. It was a shame it got cancelled just as (and isn't this always the case) it was getting into it's stride.^Anything starring Morena Baccarin raises the attractive quotient tenfold...It's got one of the best looking casts too, incidentally![]()

Yeah, you got to have sex with Morena - but then she'd bite your neck off. Hmmm... ![]()

I woudn't be surprised to see Xenia in there - she'd fit in well, although I'm a bit indifferent towards her

It wasn't exactly the greatest show, but it got me hooked enough. And yes.. Morena. She's with peace. Always. I believed her every time ![]()
I was a bit confused with how they left it though. Do you think they changed the ending, having known that the show was cancelled, or that was the way that Season 2 was always going to end? I'm inclined to think they changed it, given they kinda went mental killing off major characters willy-nilly, and I'm not really sure how they could have come back from the 'blissing humans' aspect (tin foil hats?). It just seemed to resign to an ending of 'Yeah, they win. Sucks to be you!'. But then if that's the case, why bother introducing that 'Men in Black' underground agency at the end there? ![]()
Did you ever see the original 80s series?
I thought as much.

If we did see Xenia, it'd be great. She has kinda gone MIA on Facebook since those sneak peaks of the SI girls came out. It makes me wonder..
And why in different? Hmm?
Come to the Xenia side, cookies included. ![]()
