Not yet, no

Is it suitably awesome? I've heard a bunch of tracks from it, but not all - nor as a whole, but it sounded good (Y)

^Some choice casting indeed (Y)

I've taken quite a shine to Lais Ribeiro recently too, although I guess she's been around a little while now.

Yeah, she indeed has been, but I too think she´s quite a stunner

great work with that top 10 - you´re a true master. What the hell, I need that magazine right now!

Yes indeed, I've been listening to it almost non-stop for a couple of weeks now. It seems to span the vast majority of Jack's repertoire so it might feel a touch scattershot in parts, but as individual songs they're mostly great. The title track in particular is about as close to heaven sent as it's possible to get. Well worth checking out if you get a chance.

On more serious matters - I got to watch Essendon/Richmond this morning and (despite the result ) very enjoyable it was too... Not sure if I can repeat the feat for the Eagles tomorrow morning; just watched the Champion's League final and feeling a bit sported out. Just surprised there's been so much live AFL here, I guess (and no offense meant - you know I love the game) all the other sports they could have shown have ended their seasons? Good for me though. Just wish I could catch my team.

Meat-pie floaters and stubbies aren't breakfast friendly either.

Indeed

Yeah, it was a cracking game - one of a few really exciting close ones this weekend. Essendon are becoming a real worry <_<

How's this for a hanger too - just about the only highlight for Melbourne this year

^Ripper!

I watched the 4th quarter in the end. Apparently the 3rd was a bit of a shocker for your guys? But I saw them put their foot down with about 10 minutes to go (better than my team did against them anyways - hitting a bad patch now <_< )...

^Yeah, couldn't have asked for a better first half. We had it out to 49 points, then after half time we just dropped off horribly and they ran rampant - played like they did last week against your guys, and cut it back to 17, which was a bit of a scare. It was a pretty good win in the end, but a disappointing effort in that third quarter. I didn't see the Blues/Crows game, but was shocked when I saw the scores. Now you've lost Murphy as well.. I hope he's not out for too long

There's been some really unexpected performances - good and bad - so far this year. At this stage there's about 8 teams that you could genuinely see going on to win the flag, which is pretty strange but at the same time quite exciting.

I saw Dark Shadows last night. It was okay, and pretty entertaining, but it felt really disjointed with some rather weak character development. But then there was Bella Heathcote.. wow

She reminds me of a cross between Edita and Heather Graham faint.gif

^I'm a fan of Tim Burton generally, but the trailer for this didn't interest me (it's not a tv show I'm familiar with, and it didn't come across as particularly funny) bar the fleeting glances of that girl - whose name I now know thanks to you!

She so does look like a mix of those two mentioned above. And that can't be a bad thing. I've liked Heather Graham since Twin Peaks, and once I saw her pole-dancing off Leicester Square in hot pants as some sort of promo for her Austin Powers role - which is an image etched in my brain forever!

I think I made it through okay

It was pretty jarring at first, but I think there's a certain freshness about it. Any case, I think we'll all get used to it soon enough

Another one of those Baron memories I'd like to put on the trading table one of these days

I agree at first I was really mad and perplexed - but I´m getting used to it slowly and it also develops to the better shape each day. I´m starting to actually like it.

They say change is vital - it´s just hard to get used to sometimes
