Yes. It's like jury duty. Over here, a lot of the voting is still done by hand.

So they have to be counted by hand as well.

So they call up citizen to do this as a civic duty.

Jury duty *ick!* :yuckky: I had to go 2x b/c the first time I was 5 minutes late. It was so dumb b/c they didn't start screening jurors until 45 minutes after my arrival the first time <_<

you have to turn on the plug-in for winamp and/or WMP and enable scrobbling in the lastfm program (it's the "i" icon in your system tray but it should be switched on by default anyway I think)
